.Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, swimming pool and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Spring Break Fun 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our place ans the view of the ocean ! The pool has to close one afternoon but wasn’t the rental company fault. The pool has to be shocked.The only complaint If i had to be picky was the master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable. The spare room beds were great. Nice condo ans beautiful view !

Perfect Condo for a Guy's Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three beds for three bodies. The kitchen was properly apportioned, and the rooms were clean and clutter-free. We had easy access to the pool and the beach. We were allowed to enjoy ourselves around the pool without being hassled by overbearing security, and we enjoyed the folks who were staying around us.

Great Location...Unit needs major updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed in Gulf Shores and stayed in Sandpiper about 5 times over the last 10 years. We love the location and Bender Realty is very easy to work with. However, we stayed in 5C for the first time and the unit is in dire need of updating. It needs new paint and a deep clean of the floors, walls, windows, and vents. It was not clean and walking on the floor without shoes was uncomfortable. The furniture is old, but functional. It's the only key unit and that is extremely inconvenient when you go to the beach every day. We will definitely be back to Sandpiper, but we will not stay in 5C again.
