Great house for our weekend in Petoskey!

We loved being so close to downtown! It was a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and parks in town. And since the weather was warm we took a few walks to the breakwall to jump in the lake. The house had everything we needed: comfy beds, a nice view, plenty of parking! Would definitely stay here again!

Close to downtown

Went for a wedding at the Perry. Location was close enough for us to walk, even in heels. Place is as described. Older home but updated and comfortable like home. Back deck has nice view of the bay. Would stay again if in Petoskey. Colleen was responsive and helpful.

Great Property and location!!!

We loved this property! It was very comfortable, clean and Colleen was very accommodating. The kitchen was stocked well and the extra bedding and towels were nice too. The property is very close to town and we walked to the waterfront and the shopping. We had no issues at all!

Great location!

We had a great time in Petoskey and the house was a perfect location for enjoying the Christmas festivities. The beds were super comfortable and Colleen was a wonderful host!

Cute Place, but 9pm bed time

The place was adorable and perfect for 2 soccer moms and their girls. It was walking distance to downtown which was great. However, when they say 9pm quiet time, they mean bed time. We were just talking at the kitchen table and the neighbor called the cops because we were disturbing her peace. That was the only bad part, loved the place even though the neighbor is cranky.

Great location

The unit was great! It met all our needs and the location was good. The kitchen and dining room were larger than they appeared in the pictures. We enjoyed the deck with the view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location!

This was the perfect place for my family. We visited for 10 days for a wedding and extended family vacation and this place was perfect for us. We loved how we could walk to restaurants and shops but centrally located to other attractions in Northern Michigan. The place was clean and had all necessities for a family of 4. We highly suggest this rental!

Everything was very nice. Owner added some nice touches with recommendations of things to do in the area. Also provided a beach bag which came in handy with grandkids. The unit had everything we needed for some stay at home meals. We were close to downtown and it was a nice walk.

Great stay in Petoskey

Colleen was a terrific host. She was very responsive to questions before and during the stay and offered suggestions about the local community. The property was great - it was just 2 blocks from town, the house was very comfortable, and meet our needs. Thanks for hosting our family at your property. Great stay!

This is the second time staying at this property and it will not be our last! The location is great and the unit is clean and well maintained. The owner is always available should you need her. There is also a view of the water to watch the sunsets.

Great place to stay in Petoskey

It was a wonderful place to stay for the week, overall excellent. Close to downtown and the wedding venue on Saturday. Enjoyed shopping, restaurants. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Great home away from home

Stayed there over Labor Day weekend to attend wedding festivities for a dear friend. It was a perfect spot for us, location walkable to the restaurant area, short drive to the park, enjoyed playing baseball in the backyard with my son.

Long term stay in Petosky

Very convenient location as it’s walkable to downtown, parks and little traverse bay marina. Any issues that arose (with appliances for example) owner was on top of and resolved promptly. Very comfortable king size bed for our length of stay.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

We really loved our stay at this property. We had 4 adults and the space was just great for us. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals at home and the location is perfect for easy walks to town or down to the harbor. I especially liked the view off the back porch where you can sit in a chair and see the lake off in the distance. Our host was easily accessible and helped us with some great local recommendations. We will likely be back for another stay!

Very convenient to downtown Petoskey

Exactly as stated. No surprises. Very convenient location. Well stocked house. Owner very responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed the bell tower of St Francis and location to downtown, Bayfront Park, grocery stores, 131, and casino. My only suggestion would be to replace the outside grill. Loved the deck and view of Traverse Bay. Would definitely stay again.

We brought this home in 2012 and completely remodeled it, creating a lovely, family vacation place. We are so happy to host you! We like to introduce ourselves to guests when possible but will respect your privacy. We enjoy meeting people from all over the country and look forward to meeting you.
