Perfect for 5 of us to stay while Dad underwent surgery. Quiet and peaceful! Host very responsive! Definitely will book again in the future!

The condo was very nice- perfect location next to the State Park and yet very quiet. Only issue was slow WiFi, but in all that was a minor issue.

The condo was very nice and clean with all of the things that we needed. The location was great….close to things we were there to do but not right on a busy road. Very quiet location. Loved that the bedrooms were upstairs and each of them had their own private bathroom ]and there was a half bathroom downstairs.

Outstanding place to stay. Right outside of the State park, halfway between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking and only yards away and easy access to the walk/bike trail.

Great location. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Homey feel. There are portable air conditioners in each bedroom and downstairs. My kids used one and it worked well.

Great location!

This condo was in a great location to local spots in Petoskey and harbor springs (near Petoskey State Park!). Everything was clean, as advertised and we had no issues. Would recommend!

We had a pleasant stay in the "wonderful condo." It was spacious for the 4 of us and very helpful that each bedroom had a bath. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen had all of the supplies needed. Communication with the owners was pleasant, prompt and helpful.

Petoskey Summer Trip

This condo was absolutely perfect! 15 minute walk to the Lake Michigan or 2 minute drive to the State Park. The kitchen had everything we needed, deck had a nice patio and huge grill that we used every night. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom for privacy. Lovely decor throughout. Felt like home away from home. We would definitely stay again when visiting Petoskey.

Great location for a weekend

We had a great long weekend. The condo has all of the supplies you need. Lots of extra linens for the bedrooms and towels. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy to get to Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Mackinac island. We would definitely stay again!

Nice stay in a wonderful area

This is a fairly priced property located right next to the State Park and equidistant to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

We are empty nesters who love to travel, hike, golf and enjoy our 9 grandchildren. We are retired from an education/coaching career and a 39 year real estate career. We have been coming to this area of Michigan for many years. We currently live in the Kansas City area but spend as much time as possible among our condo's in Michigan, Branson, MO and Ruidoso, NM all of which we rent out when ever we are our family is not using them. We purchased this second condo in this complex, with the idea in mind that we will spend more time up there upon retirement. We have been renting our vacation condo's since 2006 when the one in Branson, Mo. as our first.

We had a favorite Aunt who had lived in Petoskey since the 1950's and have enjoyed the area since childhood. We still have some family in the area. In looking for a place to buy, as a real estate agent, I know to look for location, location, location. This complex fit our needs and desires perfectly. We loved it's treed location next to the state park & beach and being a short but equal distance from downtown Petoskey and downtown Harbor Springs. We never tire of the area's activities and attractions. We enjoy the scenic drives, inland lakes, beaches, Petoskey stone hunting, Mackinaw City & Island, and the natural beauty of the upper peninsula.

We really like a small condo complex that tends to be more quiet and peaceful and loved that these units have private baths off each bedroom. We really enjoy the porch as well as the deck.
