Weekend Getaway

The property was awesome. Plenty of space and communication with the managers was good. Had issues with the wifi but the management fixed it in a timely manner. Will look to rent from them again!

Not happy! Dirty house! Need new management and housekeeper

Bad start to my vacation when we couldn’t get through the security gate at resort. The QR code to get in the property did not work. We had to wait to follow Someone into the property who was able to open the gate. The cleanliness of the house was terrible. Need a new housekeeper!!! It was trash on the floors that should have been swept and food on carpet. The walls need to be painted bad. It was pencil drawings on the walls clipped paint throughout the house. Carpet had stains! The pool area was not cleaned. It was leftover plastic popsicle wrapper on the pool deck. The pool noodles was ripped to sheds and all over the floor and in the pool. I paid $80 for the grill that was dirty and never cleaned from previous guest cooking on it. Maintenance had to come fix the AC because it was hot when we arrived. The previous guest trash bag was sitting by the front door when we arrived. The day before check out we lost power in one of the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. The owner has a white sectional in the main sitting area that is dirty with gum on it. The legs to the sectional was broke with wood holding it up. There was no soap, conditioner, shampoos like stated on the ad. I contacted the property manager but was never able to speak with them. I left emails, voicemails and text messages about the issues haven’t heard back from them as of 3 days after check out. Beautiful property but poor management and housekeeping!

Terrible Stay

Dirty, pool green unusable, blood on comforter, hair on the few towels there. Air conditioner not working had to call repair for pool, air conditioner and toliets bubbling up. Not enough silverware for 10 let alone the 18 staying there. Management never responed to phone message in the 2 weeks before our arrival either. Never use this management company again.

Terrible Stay & Poor Management

This was our 11th rental with VRBO and the worse! Management never responded in the 2 weeks ahead of stay after 3 phone messages. House was very dirty, blood on comforter, sheets had hair as did the couple of 6 towels in the home for 18 people. They did bring towels after 2 text messages at 9 pm. The pool was green and unusable. No air conditioner due to being turned off. Microwave breaker popped and wouldn't turn on. Not enough silverware for more than 10. Pool couldn't be used the first 2 days due to having it shocked. Airconditioner took until the next day to cool off house. Toliets backed up and plumber was called had to remove tree branches from drain in street. Electrician never did show for microwave and I see it was reported before our stay as well. I would never stay again or use a home with this management comany or owners as I notified them and the only say sorry! Not good enough.

My worst stay ever!

We could not check in until almost 5 PM due to housekeeping running behind. When we were leaving the housekeeper said it was because the previous guest had a big party. This should have been the warning… None of the bedding was changed. Two rooms there was hair all in the sheets. One comforter has red splatter all over it. The Mickey Mouse comforter had various white stains. Each bathroom had only one washcloth maybe two, but not enough for a house this size and there were no extras. The microwave stopped working because the fuse blew. We could not sit outside at night by the pool since we encountered multiple rats. Yes, rats. I have photos to prove it. There were dust bunnies everywhere. We stayed up the first night until 5 in the morning doing all the laundry. We had to purchase extra laundry detergent and bleach. Some of the bathrooms were not clean. Again extra money wasted there for cleaning supplies. The air hockey table and foosball table are broken. We called management repeatedly from day and only received a text saying someone would contact us. NO ONE EVER DID. I called every number I had and nothing. Highly disappointed in our stay to say the least. One of the master rooms downstairs was nice and the movie room was cool. I am assuming the rats got in because the screened pool had multiple holes in it which also lead to issues with mosquitoes. The pictures are beautiful on the website but the house needs serious updates. The table outside will fall apart it moved wrong. The couch looks horrible and there is even a wooden leg to help hold it up. I could go on and on.

Worst stay ever!

I don’t even know where to begin. The property was not ready until almost 5 PM. All of the bedding was not clean or changed. Two of the bathroom were disgustingly dirty. The microwave does not work. The foosball and air hockey table were broke. The house is definitely not as pictured. We tried contacting the owners and property management multiple times. They texted me back, but no phone call. All they could offer was a housekeeper the third day after we had to purchase extra laundry soap and cleaning supplies to clean the entire house. We encountered rat droppings and an actual rat in the pool area at night. There was one washcloth per bathroom for all the guests. Needless to say we had to purchase more of those as well. I never stayed at a property this run down. There was huge dust bunnies and cob webs on the ceilings. The screened pool had holes everywhere, so we kept getting bit by mosquitoes. The list goes on and on. Definitely feel we should be refunded, but as stated the no one ever contacted us back…. VRBO NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM THEIR LISTING!!!!

The Best of accommodations

First of all the home was just as advertised (Beautiful). We have rented many homes but this one by far was the best, plenty of room and accommodations. Hats off to Nikki (Management Team) great job!!! We are truly thankful for your immediate help with a need. If this home is available on our next visit this is where we'll stay. Hats off also to the owners of this property, great communication from the start, thanks for letting us stay in your home!!!

We had an amazing time!

The house was exactly what the pictures and description stated. Everything was fantastic. The house was perfect for our family of Kids had plenty of room to play and the big kitchen island was great! We will definitely be back!
