A wonderful family, nice guests

Hello, thank you for taking your valued time to share your experience, your feedback is precious to us to monitor and improve our service. We are much glad to know that the apartment did suit your expectations however, as you can imagine, it is always disappointing when we are not given the opportunity to assist our guest at arrival and during their stay in order to guarantee a very pleasant holiday. The apartment is equipped with a traditional coffee maker “Moka” as we love our visitors to have an authentic experience of italian life style and we found our choice much appreciated by our guests; obviously is also possible to provide an electric standard coffee machine on request, or extra pieces of cutlery (there are six pieces of cutlery which is considered a standard equipment for an apartment). Castiglioncello is not served by high speed DSL as in big cities and I hope you can understand and accept an objective situation outside our competences. The position of the apartment is appreciated by many guests as it allows you to stay out of the summer crowds of July and August, when getting around by car and parking is very difficult; you must therefore walk or use the shuttle bus service. In June and September it is easier to get around by car. The Solvay factory is not too far, southern of Castiglioncello is Rosignano Solvay as you can notice on every map. In the same article you base your report, you can see clearly that this coast is constantly monitored by many local, national and European organizations, both governative and no-profit ( for instance ARPAT, CNR, WWF ). This means a huge amout of attention about water safety and quality. Based on latest news the Solvay factory has reached an establishment regarding a new way to produce soda, with less use of heavy metals. That said, Castiglioncello is above all a perfect base to explore the spectacular and the pristine sea up to Calafuria within a radius of about ten km and then return in the evening to enjoy the charm of this place, popular in the ‘50s. It has been an authentic pleasure to meet you and I hope to welcome you again for your next vacation in Italy! Daniela

Mia sorella ed io ci impegnamo al massimo per rendere la vostra vacanza piacevole e sapervi soddisfatti ci fa molto piacere. Nei mesi di luglio e agosto, durante i quali muoversi in macchina e parcheggiare è più difficoltoso, la casa può risultare più idonea a chi ama le camminate; in settembre e giugno le regole per il parcheggio sono meno restrittive e quindi ci si può muovere in auto, anche senza bus navetta.
