My family drove down to spend Thanksgiving and the home was perfect. The check in process could not be any easier and the home is beautiful. We ordered a premade turkey dinner that needed to be heated, and every possible plate, pot and utensil was available we needed for nothing. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were well stocked. Also, the neighborhood is nice and central to everything. We had such a great stay I highly recommend this place!

This house was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning backyard that was perfect for coffee and reading in the morning or unwinding before bed at night. Pam was a gracious host who made everything very smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

If I could, I would give this home a ten. I’ve never rented a home that had everything you could need and more. The beds were great as were the showers. Would loved to have spent more time in the beautiful backyard. Most Impressive was how responsive and helpful our host Pam was. She made our stay exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay - great kitchen and backyard and the neighborhood was in a good location too. You're very close to the freeway and walking distance to groceries, Walgreens, and other shops. We would definitely stay here again and Pam was a great host!

Great vacation house!

I stayed at Pam’s house over the 4th of July weekend with my wife and her parents. We had a great time! The house was very accommodating for two couples, and we hosted a family dinner for 7 people at the large table on the wonderful covered patio. The landscaping in the back yard was like something out of a magazine. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and had high quality appliances. The neighborhood was quiet, it felt safe, and it was centrally located for our day trips into San Francisco and elsewhere. Off-street parking was easy. There was a great fresh produce market and bakery a short walk away. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay. We would definitely rent from Pam again!

House near Los Gatos

We enjoyed our 2nd stay here just as much as the first time. Pam, the owner, is so nice and very responsive. Her flower gardens in the front and back are just beautiful. A very peaceful back patio.

A pleasant and comfortable home

Perfect home in San Jose that also allowed the doggies!

Just a lovely and perfect home in San Jose that also allowed us to bring the fur babies on a trip up to the south Bay Area for our son’s graduation. Lovely and VERY well stocked kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a great backyard. Really just perfect.

Wonderful stay and host

Pam’s home is sparkling clean and comfortable. We had an unexpected issue and Pam solved the problem with lightning speed. My family felt welcomed and enjoyed the home and lovely garden. I absolutely recommend this rental home.

Nice home in convenient location

This was just what we needed for our group. My thanks to Pam for helping me find a place after four other properties did not. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was pretty much where you expected it to be. House was very clean, including both rooms and both bathrooms. Outside area was nicely laid out and landscaped. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything you expect - and more!

A wonderful experience with all the necessities plus extras! The photos accurately depict what you might mistake for an exaggerated view - not at all! Beautiful place with lots of room - ready to enjoy a cup of coffee or a bottle of Napa wine. Great floor plan and two bathrooms make for a luxurious experience! No negatives.

The perfect home for a small family gathering

Stayed her for our daughter’s wedding. Family of 4 adults. Lovely garden and seating area in back yard was where we spent all of our free time and gathered with some visitors. Pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen was just upgraded and was absolutely wonderful. House had all the amenities we could possibly need and Pam was excellent at responding to any questions. Neighborhood was great for taking walks. Considerate neighbors. House was immaculate. Would give it all 6 stars if I could and have stayed in many VRBOs.

Beautiful yard, convenient neighborhood

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend, and enjoyed the beautiful backyard and nice neighborhood conveniently located to stores, major roads, etc. The house is older, but well-maintained for the most part, and nicely decorated. Owner was very communicative and friendly. The backyard though, is really the reason to stay here...super relaxing and lovely. Would definitely stay again. Quick note; if you're planning to use the fire pit, it's wood burning, not gas. That wasn't super clear to me in the listing, so just in case anyone was wondeting...there ya go.

Lovely rental in quiet neighborhoood

Comfortable and well decorated with amazing backyard, this home provided the perfect venue for meeting our adult children. Easily gave enough space for social distancing in the living room and the backyard. Location is very pleasant neighborhood. The Serta mattress set up easily with a dial to auto-inflate, and there was plenty of room in the living area to place it. Good assortment of pots, pans, and dishware. Washer and dryer were a plus. Also, there's an amazing grocery store in walking distance - Lurnardi's - that has an excellent assortment of groceries and ready to eat foods. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for social distancing

This place is outstanding. The backyard is the kind of backyard I would like to retire to...comfortable and spacious and made for hanging out with family and friends. Think small dinner party. Like every other place we have stayed in in the past, there were a few things missing, but almost everything we looked for, we found right where we expected them to be (Dish towels and the gas key for the fire pit were the only things not found / provided - although paper towels were in abundance). While the house is located in a residential area, it is located a very short walk to a intimate shopping center with several Mom & Pop restaurants, a bakery and a terrific international market, In none-Covid times we would have definitely made use of those businesses. Beds were of quality and on the firmer side of middle. We would stay there again!
