CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

Note: We have a NO-PETS policy, we'll appreciate your kind understanding. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We needed assistance with working the oven and the response time was fairly quick. Any communication we had was with quick responses. The house was clean and beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. Highly recommend staying here.

Very clean, modern, updated home in prime Sunnyvale location. Strong WiFi signal. Nicely furnished. Well stocked with towels, dishes, cups, glasses. Appliances in good condition and working order. Nice yard with fruit trees. Safe, well maintained neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Spacious house in a great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was comfortable and spacious inside with an upgraded kitchen and comfortable beds. It was lovely to have citrus trees in the front and back yard. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores in Sunnyvale. We would happily stay here again.

Very nice property, very clean, like new! Really fun decor. Well stocked kitchen and home, everything like new. Convenient location. Communication with host was excellent. Extremely easy check in and out process. We would stay again.

Excellent property, and I will definitely be back. The home was very well maintained, with spacious bedrooms, comfortable bedding, a great backyard, and a nice kitchen. We loved the property and fully intend to return very soon.The management company, however, could do a much better job of validating guest information at least 24 hours before check-in. They asked me to verify my signature just six hours before check-in while I was already driving to the property. I had to take an unexpected exit off the freeway and find a gas station to complete the required paperwork. Better planning and more proactive communication would create a much better customer experience. A well-kept property like this deserves a higher standard of management and customer interaction.Property: 10/10Management company / customer service: 4/10I hope the management process improves in the future because the property itself is outstanding.

Overall cleanliness was very poor, and the property has a gnat or fruit fly infestation issue, which the management company had to have known. I would never recommend this property. For the amount that I was charged, I was definitely take advantage of.

The property was as presented in the description and photos. Cleanliness could have been better when we checked in. The microwave was totally dirty from inside - we made a complaint about it. They send somebody to clean it but on their schedule. There was no flexibility on early check in. We asked for a couple of hours but it was not considered.
