Snowmass colorado

The condo was nice. We did not realize there was no air condition and the day we arrived it was 90 and extremely hot in the condo. We are from Missouri so we assumed there was air condition. It did not cool down till the next day but once we learned to keep all windows open and shades shut and fans on continuously it was better. We also had an issue with our refrigerator not working the first day. It might have been due to the excessive heat in the condo. The next day we were able to get it working. The beauty surrounding the condo was gorgeous and our beds were very comfortable. We had a group of 6 and felt comfortable but I feel the max it could hold is 8 adults

This place was fun

The area was buzzing with spring snow fans and it was cool. There was zero noise outside at night and it was pretty easy.

Perfect spring break!

Great location for spring break skiing! Easy walk to get onto the Snowmass slopes, and shuttle was literally an easier walk the other direction. The place was clean and comfortable, with all instructions clearly outlined on the refrigerator. Hot tub right outside was key as was the ski locker. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect little condo for family or friends

Very nice, clean, well outfitted condo. The double bed setup and the location made it perfect for a group! Pretty hot tub area (although occasionally crowded). So great to have two bathrooms, and a ski locker too! It is up two flights of stairs, FYI.

Location, Value, Service all Good...!

Unit was clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are a bit cozy with two beds in each room... makes it somewhat difficult to maximize closet space. Easy 30 second walk to slopes. Hot tub was hot and just steps from front door. Owner might want to consider working on the first bed in the left hand bedroom its pretty squeaky. Can't wait to return....!

Fun visit to Snowmass

Great location, loved the hot tub and condo was very clean. Condo is small but it worked because we were outside most of the time.

Complaint

Property is great. My only complaint is that although it is listed as sleeping 12, we were only comfortable sleeping 8. The mattress on the sofa bed was all springs. Not possible to sleep on. We ended up getting a room at a hotel next door.

Great location

The condo was in a great location, close to the Snowmass Mall on top on the hill and the Collective area at the bottom. Plenty of places to eat and lots of activities for the kids and adults. The condo bedrooms were a bit small for the two beds in each bedroom. But we managed and had a nice stay. I would choose a bigger place for my family of four next trip.

Great condo, location, easy parking

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us, it was clean, easy check in, no issues with parking. Plenty of towels and all amenities.

Great location and very nice place

Condo was clean and as advertised. Communication was appropriate and accurate. I rated it 5 stars as I believe the following items will be addressed ✅ There were three items that could and should be addressed 1) one of the fold out couch mattress was very poor and spring/bumps could be felt everywhere- unusable, just slept on couch 2) exhaust fan above stove (microwave ) is vented to the cupboard… so when you use the air just blows into cabinet above microwave- should be ducted to exterior or through filters and returned to room 3) screens in front two windows are incorrect replacement size and do not properly latch , when window is open this is a fall hazard as unit is on third floor, it is loose enough that a small bird found it’s way inside (of course we opened the door and released it )

Very convenient and nice place

This condo was amazing. We were a few steps from the ski run right under Village Express which made going out to ski super convenient. The condo itself was well stocked with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking that can be expected. The hot tub was very close to this unit and was big and never crowded. The internet was good and the TVs were big and nice. The kitchen was stocked with a day or two's worth of coffee and had salt and pepper. There is a market a short drive away if you want groceries, or the Snowmass mall is a 5-10 min walk away with lots of restaurant options as well as the mall gondola entrance.

Great Location & Great Unit

The unit exceeded all of our expectations. There were three of us staying there for a ski vacation. It is approximately one hundred yards from the ski run that takes you to the main village. The unit had recently been updated with many upgrades. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was as pictured. This is a great unit, and we will be back again.

Great Stay!

This is the second year we stayed here and it's even better than last time. The place has been recently remodeled and feels very fresh and up to date! Location is amazing and the Hot Tub is still our favorite part. New keyless locks make it even easier to access. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, updated bathrooms!

Well appointed and newly updated condo (online pics don’t show beautiful bathrooms!). Two queen beds in both rooms was great. 60 steps from the slopes and 20 steps from the Jacuzzi. Short five minute walk to the restaurants at the Snowmass mall. Will definitely stay here again if it is available on our next ski vacation.

Conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed. Needs new deadbolt, we had a difficult time opening the front door. After we finally got the deadbolt open, we only used the door knob lock for fear of not getting back in with the deadbolt.

nice summer stay

Only complaint was that the condo was very hot when we arrived, but opening all window and turning on fans helped. Otherwise, all was good and the location was convenient to the base and mall/Viewline area.

snowmass stay

Condo worked well for our trip to Snowmass,Maroon Bells and Aspen. check in directions were fine but only talked about pool nearby and there was a hot tub on site that we weren't aware of until we left plus needed code to get into hottub which wasn't supplied.

Great location and a perfect place for a samll group

Everything about the property was wonderful. Good location and mostly great amenities. The kitchen falls a little short in Cups/plates as there was only enough for one meal so you are doing dishes every time you want to eat. Even with our small group, baking bacon is much easier than pan frying 10-15 pieces. There was no baking sheet to be found. Only a pizza pan. For two adults in each room, the bedrooms were short on space to move around or put your clothes. Easy to get over though! Everything else was great. Location is unbeatable and the hot tub area is magnificent! For a guys ski weekend this is hard to beat.
