ウォーターフロントコンドミニアムは最近、2018年に非常にシンプルでモダンなスタイルに改装されました。 多くのレストラン、スーパーマーケット、2つのモール、ビーチまで徒歩圏内です。

このウォーターフロントのタウンハウススタイルのコンドミニアムは、セントルシアでの滞在に最適です。 コンドミニアムは、ロドニーベイの中心部に位置する20ユニットのゲートコミュニティの一部であり、ウォーターフロントに直接位置する8つのコンドミニアムのうちの1つです。
空間に入ると、設備の整ったキッチンが右側にあり、そこから洗濯物が直接出ます。 キッチンからは、広々としたダイニングとリビングエリアが見え、マリーナのウォーターフロントの美しい景色を眺めることができます。 さらにウォーターフロントを楽しむためのプライベートパティオエリアがあります。 この1階レベルには、半分のバスルームもあります。
1階（2階）には、バルコニーとウォーターフロントの景色を望むマスターベッドルームがあります。 2階の寝室もこの階にあります。 3番目のベッドルームは2階（3階）にあります。 すべてのベッドルームにはエアコンと専用バスルームが備わっています。

The communication was so smooth and Lyn answered all my questions quickly. My flight was delayed and she even gave me a later check out time with no issues. Would book again.

Great stay and great hosts!

The condo was in a great location with lots of options within walking distance. Beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and malls. The hosts were very responsive and provided detailed information to make accessing the property easy. This is in a gated community so we felt very safe. The housekeeper came during our 8 day stay and she was very pleasant. The hosts also own a company that provides tours and we booked an awesome excursion that I would highly recommend. We booked other excursions with other companies too but the hosts company was our favorite one. My only issue was the neighbor. They have a small child that screams most of the day as well as a dog that barks a lot. No fault of the host but just a heads up if you are planning to stay here. The neighbors themselves were really nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place if you are planning a trip to St Lucia.

The Best VRBO in St Lucia

This Location and Property has everything. You can wall to the grocery stores, 5 min walk to the best beach, has everything you need to feed your family from tableware, cooking ware, spices etc. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed the local food for Lunches but relaxed in the condo after a great day at the beach. They have thought of everything. They even have 2 type of plugs so your electronics do not need an adapter. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We walked around town and went to grocery stores and restaurants and bars. We rented a car but you really don't need everything is in walking distance. They people in and around the area were very friendly we will miss their kindness.

Best accommodations ever

This beautiful and updated villa exceeded all of our expectations while visiting St. Lucia. It has all the amenities of home and then some. It's in a prime location close to the beach, banks, restaurants, nightlife, everything you can need and want. Communication with Lynn was very easy and the added touch with the linens and fresh flowers really made a difference. It's in a gated community and we felt very safe. My friends and I are already planning our next visit back. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Lynn, Corey and Virginia for making my 50th birthday so memorable.

Amazing!

This amazing home is as beautiful as you see it the photos , it was everything I hoped for my husband’s birthday getaway. Perfect location ; close to bars, restaurants , the beach , tour organizers. The place itself Indeed felt like a home away from home. Cozy and comfortable. Netflix and amazon TV for downtime. My friends and family really enjoyed every bit of the stay. Definitely staying here again the next time we come to St Lucia!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property is waterfront and is only walking distance to all the amenities required on a tropical vacation.
The property is in the heart of the bustling Rodney Bay. There are many restaurants, supermarket (7min), bars, the beach(2min), malls(7min), watersports.... all walking distance.
There is a beach restaurant (Spinnakers) a walk away after exiting right from the main gate. It is a drive away from The Rodney Bay Marina.
***Please note, there is potential for noise during the day and at night as the property is in the heart of Rodney Bay.
