Great property.

Great location and quiet condo. Great view overlooking pond, golf course and river. This condo also has a storage unit with various sporting equipment and bikes to use. The owner Mark is very responsive. We were happy with our stay.

Excellent condo!

The condo was the perfect home away from home, the well equipped kitchen, having coffee on the screened in balcony while watching the bald eagles, jumping fish & the view of the Manatee river in the background, the beds were comfortable, we rode the bikes daily. Mark was quick to answer our questions, a great owner. The property development offers, golf, multiple pools, tennis courts, plenty of outdoor activities. A definite place to stay!

This condo is a beautiful, friendly and safe place to stay. The gorgeous views of the sunsets and the Manatee River are incredible. The condo has everything that you would need and is so comfortable. Perfect Florida Vacation Rental

This place met my needs perfectly, It was clean, bright, with everything I needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well equipped, the laundry was convenient and reliable, televisions in the livingroom and both bedrooms. Located on the 4th floor, it had a lovely view of one of the golf course ponds.

Wonderful condo with great view

We recently enjoyed a three month stay in this lovely 4th floor condo with beautiful views of the golf course, preserve, and Manatee river. Mark made sure the condo had everything we needed including two bicycles. He was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. With the golf membership transfer we played as much golf as we wanted and only paid cart fees. The 27-holes at River Strand were maintained beautifully and professionally managed. We enjoyed the community pool across the street as well as the two larger resort style pools. Our family and guests who visited were very impressed with this condo as well as the amenities of River Strand. River Strand provides easy access to I-75 and multiple airports. Bradenton and Sarasota have a lot to offer for restaurants, beaches, and entertainment for all ages. Van and Jayne B.

Nice Unit with a Beautiful View

The unit exceeded my expectations and was much nicer than the pictures. The unit was spacious, on the 4th floor and had a screened patio with a great lake view and also a distant view of the Manatee River. It was great to eat our meals outside on the patio. The unit was spacious, and had a well furnished kitchen with nice appliances. The living room had a very large modern TV as did the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable. River Strand is a great place to visit and has amazing amenities. Highly recommend.

Great Place to stay

I spent a month here and loved it. It was very comfortable within a nice upscale gate golf community. The condo itself was very nice and well kept up. It had beautiful views overlooking the Manatee river with great sunsets. Mark was a very kind and gracious host who would keep tabs on me to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again. Marty

This unit has a spectacular view but furnishings are tired.

The living room and lanai furnishings are too large for the space and uncomfortable. Also, the mattress and bedding in the master bedroom are tired. Bed pillows are dirty and need to be replaced. Bath towels need to be upgraded.

Florida Life

We are the first renters of this condo and could not be more thrilled with this rental. The location on the 4th floor is great with views to the north of the golf course and Manatee River. Mark, the owner did an excellent job in outfitting the codo with everything that one needs for a short term or long term rental (great pots, pans, silverware, furnishings, vacuum, etc.). The furnishings (couches, dining & kitchen chairs & beds) were very comfortable and the 60" HDTV in the living area was great. For golfers, the transfer of ownership privileges was easily handled allowing us to only pay a cart fee. The 27 holes at Riverstrand were well maintained and the club has a great pro shop and golf organization/management to manage the busy golf schedule. Thoroughly enjoyed the condo, golfing, area pools, pool bar, club house and the surrounding areas. Mark, thank you for a great rental and we hope to return in 2017.
