Great location for us

We rented Bill’s property in River Strand during April 2024 when we came to Bradenton to visit our son and his family, who are located relatively close by. The property was in very good condition. We had no problems during our stay. It served our purpose very well.

As soon as we walked in the house I felt at peace. It was a very clean and relaxing place to stay. The view of the pond from the lanai was my favorite especially at sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked making meal preparation easy. Costco and Walmart are close by making grocery shopping quick and easy.

Welcoming community!

Went for 6 weeks and friends joined for 2 of the weeks. Perfect separation of bedrooms. Very spacious home. Beautiful view out lanai where I spent most mornings. We cooked supper in quite often and always managed to have the right utensils and pots etc. Lots of dishes. A few spices too. Really comfy beds. Fantastic pickleball courts and a welcoming group. Made some new friends! Clubhouse has a great dining area in and outside. 35 mins to Anna Marie Island or Siesta Key. If you have access to bikes beautiful community to ride around in Costco and Walmart 2 min drive away for groceries. Bill responds very quickly to requests. Riverstrand is a gorgeous area to walk. So well maintained. We are sorry to go! Happy Holiday Bill and Sheila!

Perfect

We had to rent for 6 weeks while we are waiting for our house to be built. Everything we needed was provided. Kids started school and it felt like home. Grateful to have a great place to stay! Bill was always attentive and helpful, I highly recommend!

Wonderful, relaxing, easy location

The community is perfectly kept and the neighbors friendly. The pool is just next door. Other than a snafu when I first arrived getting past the security gate, the stay was perfect. I spent my days in the lanai and was mesmerized by the number of species I got to watch over the course of the day by the pond just outside. Very peaceful and relaxing.
