別荘は私たちの財産の裏側にありますが、メインハウスに接続されていません。

プロパティは非常に安全です。 アクセスは、プロパティの正面にある大きな太陽電池式スライディングゲートを経由してから、家の脇を歩いてすぐにヴィラにアクセスできます。

トロピカルヴィラはスタイリッシュでモダンです。巨大な寝室と見事な寝室付きバスルーム、ダブルシャワーが備わります。 クローゼットの中の巨大な散歩も含まれています。

我々は現在それをさらにスタイリッシュで快適にするためにヴィラの装飾を一新している。 改装工事は2019年5月29日までに完了します。 ヴィラのほとんど全ての家具と装飾は真新しいものになるでしょう。

贅沢なヴィラには、手入れの行き届いた庭園とプライベートプランジプールとバーベキューエリアを見渡すガラス張りの折りたたみ式ドアがあります。

プランジプールはヴィラからわずか1mです。 ガラスの二つ折りドアを開くのは素敵で、プランジプールはすぐそばにあります。 プランジプールの上に開閉できる大きな傘があり、プランジプールエリアには小さなテーブルと椅子があり便利です。


バーベキューはプランジプールのそばにあります。 プランジプールの上には開閉可能な大きな傘があり、日差しを浴びながらリラックスできる快適なテーブルと椅子があります。 プランジプールにはプール内の座席もあり、冷たいビールを飲みながら冷やすのに最適です。 ご滞在中は、専用プランジプールとバーベキューエリアをご利用いただけます。

ヴィラ全体にガラスのルーバーがあり、潮風を捉えます。
あなたはすぐに冷却する必要がある場合は、エアコン＆シーリングファンは冷たい空気の余分なバーストを追加します。

3泊以上の滞在の場合、Samsung 10kg洗濯機とシンク付きの洗濯も可能です（リクエスト制）。

Lovely little haven

This is a lovely little haven close to shops and the beach at Nightcliff. Very well set up with all amenities. Easy to access. Would suit a single or couple.

Nightcliff Tropical Sactuary

A very clean , modern suite . Great location ( quiet street , yet close to shops , cafes , bus stop ) . Private pool was ideal . Owner very helpful with tourist advice . A sink would have been helpful . Would certainly stay there again !

Peaceful retreat

Lovely peaceful and comfortable place to stay. We had a car so it was easy to get around to the places we wanted to see in the Darwin area. Enjoyed the nearby Foreshore restaurant for meals.

This is a small flat at the back of a house. A little gem of a place, very modern with a private garden and pool. The beach is not far by foot. Very relaxing, and enjoyable stay here.

Great for that quiet get away

HAd a lovely stay here recently. The property is well located, being very close to shops etc but also Nightcliff is perfectly located halfway between the CBD and Casuarina shopping precinct. Nearby is the fabulous Nightcliff pool, a hidden gem of a public pool. The property was well appointed, clean and relatively spacious. Would highly recommend for those wanting to stay in Darwin & don't want to be in a hotel. :)

Stunning villa

Stunning villa , perfect for our stay in the suburb of Nightcliff within easy reach with rental car to all Darwin has to offer. Property owner very friendly and her little touches within the villa were very much appreciated and made our stay very comfortable. Air conditioner plus fan, luxurious bed, fantastic shower. Plunge pool and outdoor area with it's beautifully maintained garden surrounds all made for a private and quality stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and return .

We are a married couple named Sally & Sam with a gorgeous bubba. We are originally from Geelong & Melbourne Victoria but have been living in Darwin for 5 1/2 years. We loved the relaxed vibe of Darwin and the tropical days and balmy nights.
We are both very active and love keeping fit and playing sports. We are a friendly and easy going couple and look forward to meeting new people that are holidaying in our tropical villa.

Nightcliff is one of Darwin's most sought after beachside suburbs. The Nightcliff Foreshore complete with stunning beaches and walking track is only a short stroll away. There are also many cafes, restaurants, markets, playgrounds, and a public swimming pool within walking distance. Most tourist attractions are within a short 10-15min drive

The tranquil tropical villa is stylish and modern consisting of a massive bedroom & stunning ensuite with his & hers vanity & double shower with rainwater head. A huge walk in robe is also included.

There is also a plush King bed with luxurious pillow top mattress and a selection of pillows to choose from. The 2 seater sofa is comfortable and a perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee whilst gazing out at the manicured gardens.

If you feel like kicking back, switch on the flat screen TV, or perhaps watch a DVD from the DVD collection.

There is also a Bar Fridge, Kettle and a Toaster available for your convenience. Other amenities include dvd's, tumblers, wine & champagne glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, Iron, Ironing board, laundry basket, vaccuum and clothes airer.

The villa's furnishings and decor are currently being refurbished. The refurbishments will be completed by 29th May 2019. Almost all of the villa's furnishings and decor will be brand new.

The plunge pool is only a metre from the villa. It is lovely to open the glass bi fold doors and the plunge pool is right at your doorstep.

The BBQ is located by the plunge pool. There is a large umbrella above the plunge pool that can be opened or closed and a comfortable table and chairs to relax in whilst soaking up the sunshine. The plunge pool also has seating within the pool, perfect for cooling down whilst sipping on a cold beer. You will have sole use of the private plunge pool and BBQ area during your stay.

Free parking on the street is available at the front of the property.
