This is the perfect spot for a few nights in Wellington. Less than 10 minutes to the showgrounds and 3 minutes to Publix. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need (keurig etc). Tv is large and has all the channels. It’s very quiet and the host is responsive and helpful. Huge ceiling fan is very nice and it’s rare to get a table to eat at in a small studio and this one even has that. Very affordable. Thought it was terrific.

Great studio! Great value!

This property was exactly as advertised. Great location, super cute (love the decorations!), property owners were really easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again. As an added bonus sheets are super soft and all the linens smell amazing.

Cozy Rental!

The studio was very welcoming. All was in working order. Lots of space and a comfortable bed make for a pleasant stay. Definitely would stay again!

This is a cute, nicely decorated studio with no plumbing, air conditioning, or other issues. The bed is comfortable and the towels linens are good quality. For the money, it's a 5.

Great affordable stay

I needed an affordable multi week rental for 1-2 people while at WEF and this place was very good for my needs. Very nice and responsive host, nicely decorated and outfitted studio, comfortable bed and chairs. There are a few handyman type features - the screen door is on inside, faucet handles turn the wrong way - but everything worked and was very clean. Recommend.

This studio was perfect for a weekend stay! Had a kitchen with mini fridge, comfy bed, and super nice updated bathroom. Easy to communicate with seller and they seemed very quick as responding. Overall very happy with stay!
