It was great. Only complaint is the neighbor has a reactive dog that they leave outside all day barking so there is little peace for us and our own dogs unfortunately.

The property was clean, tidy, and perfect for our family's stay. Food and stores were a short drive away and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Loved the secure fenced in yard so our furry ones could run around. It was also reasonably priced and hosts were responsive and accommodating. The only feedback I have for the hosts is to check and fix/ replace the front handrail for the porch steps as it is very loose. My elderly mother couldn't use it after she tried to hold it to steady herself but it wasn't secure. Still, we would definitely stay here in the future.

Nice place

The vacuum doesn’t work there was pet hair on the floors from previous occupants and the kitchen was limited on useful items to cook with. There was also visible damage around the house and not many toys to play with. However, the stay was nice, a great neighborhood and location. I enjoyed the stay and had a great time. The issues did not hinder my stay as I would stay again.

Nice house

A very nice house with plenty of room and very clean. We stayed due to an unexpected funeral of our great niece who died in a car crash at the age of 26. A very short trip as we are from South Carolina and drove a long way. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of room.

Nice home for a family!

The owners/management were great to work with. They were very responsive to any issues or concerns. We had 3 pets and they were one of few that accepted them which we were very thankful for. The neighborhood is very active with kids, dogs and people out walking. Seems like a family friendly neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Updates are needed

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. The pictures of this property are a misleading. The decor is nice but the place could use a good cleaning and updates (paint peeling, shower downstairs is hard to turn on, beds uncomfortable, etc). One of our guests actually stepped on a tack strip on the stairs which causes a pretty big cut/bleeding wound. The rest of the time we were all afraid to walk without shoes. I would not recommend this property.

Hi, we are Asury and Adam. We own and operate a real estate investing business. We are also a military family, as Adam served in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Team Sgt. for a Combat Dive Team. He has proudly served our country for over 15 yrs. Asury has a medical background, particularly, in the ophthalmic field. We both decided to retire from our previous professions to dedicate our time completely to our real estate business. We self manage our properties and have built a great team to help us scale and provide an awesome Airbnb experience.

We are longtime residents of Clarksville, TN., and we're very knowledgeable about the immediate and surrounding areas.

We are a family of 5 with 1 fur baby. We enjoy doing family-friendly activities. We, too, love traveling and understand the importance of comfort, space, and privacy especially, in a military town where families are constantly visiting or transitioning. We love using AirBnB during our travels. In fact, that's what inspired us to become hosts ourselves.

Fun facts about us: Adam is from Mississippi and learned Russian as a second language in the military. Asury is from Panama (the country) and her first language is Spanish. We can't live without coffee! Our favorite foods are sushi and Mexican. We love supporting local small businesses and highly encourage our guests to check them out as well.
