OCMDでの休暇を楽しみ、素晴らしい湾岸の景色、ビーチへの簡単な散歩、ジョリーロジャーやいくつかの素晴らしいレストランから徒歩で、家族のペットを連れてきたいなら、これがあなたのコンドミニアムです！

私たちのコンドミニアムは、快適に眠れる8室で、ベッドルーム3室、バスルーム2室、ウェットバー、キッチン、ダイニングエリア、リビングルーム、AC、各部屋にテレビ、洗濯機/乾燥機、湾の壮大で遮るもののない広大な景色を望む広々としたデッキ、ボートスリップ。 私たちは26〜28番街の間に位置しています。

私たちはペットにやさしく、2019年の夏に毎週のレンタルを探しています。

The location was very easy to find. The property was clean and close enough to our activities. The balcony had a great view. The host was quick to reply to our questions.

Great location short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We loved the view of the bay at one point we got to watch them remove pillars which the kids thought was neat. Loved sitting out on the balcony and so did our dog. The only downside for us was there was no elevator ( I don't remember seeing it in the listing if there was or wasn't one) it wasn't a huge deal but our dog is 16 and can't do stairs well so we had to carry him again no big deal just beware there is no elevator. If we come back to OC we most likely would book here again.

Beautiful and Convenient Location

A comfortable multi-bedroom rental right on the bay. There was a constant warm breeze during our stay, and we loved spending time watching the boats from the generously sized balcony. We enjoyed all that OC has to offer - from parasailing, the beach and boardwalk, fresh crab at Hoopers, to cocktails and live music at Coconuts. Nancy was one of the best hosts we’ve had and reached out to ensure we had everything we needed prior to, during, and after our trip. She even gave us some pointers on where best to catch the fireworks on the beach. An overall excellent experience at this property!

This place is like no other that I’ve stayed in ocean city. Cleaner than any other place I’ve stayed, the view… I have no words. Nancy reached out to me, and responded immediately any time I’ve reached out to her. I 100% plan on staying here again. Looking forward to it!

Simply Perfect!

I can't say enough about how nice the property and location are. It is so very peaceful, and yet an easy walk to the action of Ocean City (e.g., boardwalk, restaurants). Nancy was easy to reach, and responded quickly to questions. The condo was very comfortable and spacious for us and our dogs. The view was phenomenal - morning, sunset, and late night. The deck furniture was, to us, a welcome surprise as it wasn't as pictured, but was taller, affording a better look at that million dollar view!

The place was very clean, views were outstanding , the place was just as advertised and Nancy was a great hostess. Place had everything we needed and quite location. Our family and dog had a great vacation. Thanks Nancy can’t wait till next year.

The perfect place for us!

The unit was just as described, and the location was great. Close enough to walk to the beach and being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the happenings on the bay was so relaxing! The three bedrooms gave us plenty of room and being able to take our dogs was a great bonus. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

First time using Vrbo. Great experience. Home owners were great to work with. They made the experience a good one. Home was in a great area and views of the bay were relaxing and beautiful. Was nice that they allowed our 4 legged family member to join us.

Nice, quiet and pet friendly

Good location. Usually parking is a concern in Ocean City. This unit allows for two vehicles per unit and there is additional off street parking. Friendly and quiet neighbors in the other units in the building. Steps are a little wonky in certain parts to get to the unit. Great and spacious layout in the unit. Excellent view of the bay and busy channel. Great weather week for us so couldn’t ask for much more. Thanks for allowing furry family because that was the main reason for us selecting this unit.

What a gem of a place!

My husband and I stayed here with our family and corgis for a week. The place was very clean, check in process was easy (in fact, I was messaged that the place was clean and ready early), the owner was delightful. The bay is shallow at the end and there are sandbars that can be accessed by kayak. We were able to clam, crab, and see lots of other interesting creatures. I brought my favorite lounge chair and spent lots of time in the sun on the dock. Fishing from the dock was a bit hard as there are lots of boats that go by to the marina, however, there was successful night fishing! It was so nice here that we spent very little time at the beach as the bay was so enjoyable. We cannot wait to return!

Great location

The property is located walking distance to everything my family was interested in doing/visiting ( boardwalk, Jolly Rodger, mini golf floating tiki bars and so much more) Clean and spacious with spectacular waterfront view of the bay. Great communication from the host.

Best view!!

Can’t beat the beautiful bay views. Perfect weather and a wonderful time. We even saw a whale while laying on the beach this time. The owner texted us early on check in day and we got into the unit right away. It was so nice not to have to wait to get in.
