This house is great for families and close to the boardwalk and beach so that you can just about walk everywhere. Having a garage for parking is a plus. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other.

House was as pictured plenty of space for all of us! Great location to things we wanted to do! Would def stay again! There is a Kuerig pictured it does not work, but it made us have to try all the local coffee shops that were excellent! Def recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice. Location was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Conveniently located and great accommodations. The only improvement is the mattresses in the some of the bedrooms are very uncomfortable.

The facility was very good here. My only problem was that it was in a high water area so for a few nights, it was trouble walking to the property from the beach. But otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Stay in Ocean City

The house is very nice and the location is awesome. Close to restaurants, beach, bay and great park. There was an ant problem in master bedroom. And though generally the house seemed clean, there was dog hair on the floor and my pillow in the bedroom and someone’s clothes on the side of the washer. The other renters there during our stay (several different renters) were quite young and quite load long in to the night. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with plenty of pots and pans but only 1 measuring cup and no measuring spoons.

We had a wonderful stay with seaside as our host who kept us well informed and made sure we had everything we needed.There were several stains on the pullout couch on the 1st floor, the door to the balcony from the kitchen greatly needs replaced. the kitchen could have been stocked up with dishes a little better but everything else was perfect. We had plenty of towels and sheets for our stay. May even try to stay again next year!! Great price, and great location!

This property is somewhat outdated and has obvious signs of being used as a rental . Hand marks on the walls, end tables with the veneer peeling off of them plus extremely scratched floors . We did appreciate the townhouse layout and the privacy it provides. The beds were fairly comfortable. We did have to search for the sheets and pillows for the pull out couches as well as the bath towels for all of the bathrooms . What we did find odd was that only one bathroom out of 3 1/2 baths had a garbage can so we had to hang plastic bags on the doorknobs. Lastly, the ice-water on the frig door does not appear to be connected to water so you have to buy ice and spring water . The townhouse is in a nice location for the boardwalk and the beach plus there is a very nice park with swings and a skate park in walking distance

Everything was fine except some light bulbs were burned out; the ice and water dispenser on the fridge did not work; a fan/light remote was missing; some of the dining room chairs needed the legs tightened; sliding door to the main floor deck was very difficult to open. Location was great; having a garage was great and we were all very comfortable
