Great location

This property was a great location. The condo was very spacious and stocked enough to cook just about anything. The coffee pot does not take regular filters so get the cone ones. The condo itself needs a good thorough cleaning and minor maintenance on a few things. The elevators are extremely crowded, slow, and take forever during check in times and about the time everyone is coming back from the beach. I suggest brimming your own towels, there were not enough for 8 ppl.

Nice home with nice decor

Overall it was a nice stay, although we did have a few issues with getting on the Wifi.. The password and ID we were given was incorrect and took 2 days to fix. The oven mitts have holes and burned myself finding that out. Also the can open is in need of being replaced. We had to leave early to get home before hurricane matthew came though our path of making it home safely. So we left a day early, kind of disappointed with no wifi for a few days and then paying for a night we couldn't use. The bath tub in the guest bathroom was stained and no matter what we tried to use to clean it it never came clean, our feet were black from the floor. The mattress in the master bedroom has a huge rut in it making it uncomfortable to sleep on, it is on the right side of the bed.

Beautiful area

The area was beautiful and close to lots of things to do. The condo was good enough, but I feel for the price I paid it should have been cleaner and more accommodating. All the beds had sand in them before we ever got in them. Not enough forks or glasses but we made due. The tub in the master bath was leaking so unable to use it, which was one of the reasons I picked this condo.

Do not book! Place was dirty, beach was dirty, elevators take forever, there was a murder while we

It was awful. We will not be back. The condo was disgustingly dirty. It was not clean when we arrived although the company said they were taking extra precautions during the pandemic. Even after it was clean it was still dirty, trash under beds, along the bunk beds, sticky counters, and pillows that smell like dog pee. The pull out sofa bed still had dirty linens on it. The elevators took forever, 10-15 minute wait for one every time. The property is not easy to navigate. The beach was dirty, trash everywhere There was a murder/police shooting by the lobby one morning we were there.

Room 1031

I will never rent from Vacasa rental properties again and we will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Our air conditioner was broke before we checked in and they admitted it to us after we called and complained about how How hot our room was for three days with no call back And no one to show up from maintenance as promised by them. Two of the TV we couldn’t watch and I had your teenage kids and even after the fourth day of calling and complaining when they came out to fix it only one was fixed. The unit was supposed to have to Some expert cleaning done during this COVID which included sanitizer ion and I found hair in the drawers with broken makeup containers and mildew. Hair dryer broken in guest bathroom. Toilet paper holder barely hanging on wall in master bathroom with a hole in the drywall that needed to be fixed. Brown spots on the ceiling in the shower of master bathroom from leaking roof. We only had 3 towels and 1 washcloth for 7 scheduled guest at check in and it took hours to get supplies for us to shower. That was the only thing that they actually did fix There were others minor cosmetic damages that definitely needed to be repaired in the unit but you better take pictures so you don’t get charged the damage fee. Also not enough glasses for 7 adult/teenage guests. They have 3 large glasses and 4 small glasses and then about 40 plus coffee cups????? We called repeatedly from the day we checked in and was promised that someone would be out and call us each day and no one showed up. Then we started calling multiple times a day by Monday. My husband finally spoke with Rachel, the manager, who admitted the they knew the AC unit was broke Before we checked in and didn’t call us to let us know. This company is the worst company we have ever seen and we used to love this place!

We loved staying at Laketown Wharf. The property amenities were wonderful. My 9yo loved the pools. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Wonderful Stay

Trip with 5- 13 year old girls!!🤗👍🌴

Loved being on the 10 th floor with a roof top pool ! The pool elevator went right to parking garage it was so handy ! The second bedroom had a king bed which slept 3 girls nicely and the bunk bed room was a great addition! The condo was beautiful and very accommodating! We enjoyed the light show every night! Girls loved being able to walk across the street for lunch and go to Pineapple Willy’s! Great access to the beach just across the street! We would definitely rent this condo again 1031 ! The only negative was the broom and the vacuum cleaner didn’t pick up anything !

Very nice!!

Condo was very welcoming, very spacious and stocked (even though I brought my supplies lol). Great location and easy access to the beach, Ice cream shop downstairs etc. I loved the tight security on the premises! Also really liked the "dancing"water fountain show every night (Kids really were into this). One thing I did notice (not a deal breaker) was a big cluster of spiderweb in the hallway (this is why I am giving it a 4 star rating), other than that, it was very nice and comfortable.

Nice week getaway, but...

Overall the condo was nice. Bed I master had a dip on one side and the sofa bed had springs coming through the mattress itself. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, except a wine opener. The facilities around the condo were nice and easy beach access.

I loved the beautiful view of the river and ocean.i also loved that we were on the same floor as the pool.Even though one of the TVs were broken on the twins bed bunks I loved the concept of the beds having there own TVs.its definitely great for a family trip.had a great time.

Overall fantastic, besides waiting on the elevator. I would recommend using the one by the pool which we didn't realize was an option until the last day, but will know for next time.

Awesome Condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is on the 10th floor which happens to be where the rooftop pool and hot top is. The Condo was spacious and had sufficient space for our family. It was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped and had granite countertops. The master bedroom has it's own private access to the balcony and the master also has a large bathroom. The view of the lake and surrounding area was just beautiful!
