We have stayed in Manini Point House several times now, and it's so wonderful. The house is always sparkling clean, comfortable and ready for us. We love the location, proximity to the beach and authentic Hawaii vibe--we're so grateful to stay in this neighborhood. Elizabeth and Steve are fantastic hosts. It's one of our favorite places to be.

The house was amazing, the location even better than we expected. We walked to Manini Beach every morning with our cup of coffee.The hostess, Elizabeth, was so thoughtful to have a huge fruit basket waiting for us. The beds were all so comfortable and we loved the covered patio for hanging out together and eating at the lazy susan table. It worked great for playing Scrabble! The beauty of the grounds and the house more than made up for having to hear roosters!

This is a wonderful place and Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful. Steps from amazing snorkeling and a short drive to the place of refuge and two step. Easy drive up to Kona for nightlife if you’re interested. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable. Gets hot if there is no breeze but that’s pretty rare and you can always cool off in K Bay!

Home away from home

What a wonderful place to stay and what a wonderful host. We really enjoyed the location, the amazing kitchen, the walks nearby, and the farm tour provided by the warm friendly host. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Surrounded by ocean and beaches

Very well maintained property in an amazing location. Perfect sunset walks and whale watching. You can see and hear the ocean all around you even though there’s no unobstructed view. Gorgeous home.

Favorite vacation spot

This was out 2nd stay at this location and we love it. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet and full stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect with a beach and rental kayaks within walking distance and a fabulous snorkling location a short drive away. We will be back again soon.

Wonderful home

Fabulous Manini House

This was our first trip to the Big Island and the house was perfectly located to explore beaches and volcanoes. The house itself is beautiful and a short walk to the small but lovely Manini Beach. We will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

We were completely overwhelmed by how incredible this experience was for our family. The property far exceeded our expectations — the photos truly don’t do it justice. It’s a stunning estate, perfectly situated near Captain Cook Cove with easy access to nearby trails. Check-in was seamless, and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate our family of seven. We’d recommend this place to anyone… though part of us wishes we could keep it our little secret!

The Perfect Stay

Steve and Elizabeth built Manini Point House in 2005 because "We love Hawaii Island and built our dream home where friends and families can relax and enjoy precious moments together and know that they are in paradise. Our extended family often visits us in Hawaii and they look forward to their stay at Manini Point House. We live on Konacopia Farm, about 10 minutes away, and are happy to take our week's stay Manini Point House guests on a tour of our special Organic "botanical garden" that includes coffee and mangoes, avocados, citrus, sour sop, and much more! Call for your tour day and time.
