Pick this one, you won't be disappointed!! This was our first time to Turks and Caicos and also our first time renting a condo instead of a hotel and we couldn't be happier. Deveraux picked us up from the airport. He even took us to the grocery store to get groceries for our stay. He also gave us a free cell phone with a local number that we could use to make calls and encouraged us to call him if we needed anything. He helped us arrange amazing couple massages through Equilibrium Spa on the patio of the condo. Deveraux even came to give us a ride to pick up a rental car. This beautiful condo has everything you would need, including washer dryer, sleeper sofa, a safe, luxury linens, robes, stainless steel appliances, hand towels, oven mitts, ice trays, wine glasses and wine bottle opener, dishes, silverware, cookware, bake ware and even Tupperware, paper towels, dish soap, etc....all you need to bring is your food and drinks. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The layout of this condo is a great use of the space, ocean views everywhere. This condo even has everything you need for a day at the beach, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, umbrella and a cooler for your drinks. You are very close to the beach (less than 10 minute walk). To get to the beach, you walk down to the front of the resort and cross the street and turn to your right and walk to the east (about 1/2 a block) until you see a path where there are about 3 large boulders/rocks and then walk down that path to the beach. On the beach, you can see Smith's reef in front of you and to the left. This area of Grace Bay beach is so wonderful, quiet and not crowded at all. We went down to the area on the other end of Grace Bay where the larger resorts are located and that area of the beach doesn't compare at all to the beach in front of this condo. You have a few restaurants within walking distance, Simones (located in the resort and there is a menu in the condo), The Tiki Hut, The Green Bean, Shark Bites, Baci, and Mango Reef restaurant. We didn't get to all of them, but I will say we made it to the TIki Hut twice, you cannot beat the food and service there. We started and ended every day on that large patio, over looking the ocean and star gazing at night. Many thanks for getting up so early to give us a ride back to the airport at 6:00 in the morning, your amazing hospitality and for sharing your beautiful condo with us Deveraux, our new cousin in the Caribbean!!
