Upgraded, Green and Spacious!

Superb location and stunning surroundings! Lakeside Village is a luxury community located adjacent to Pineview Lake and is just minutes away from 3 ski resorts: Snowbasin (home of the 2002 Winter Olympics Downhill and Super G events), Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley. A city ski bus travels through the community to Snowbasin and Ogden in case you want to skip the drive!

Luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with open and spacious floor-plan! Large living room, dining area and kitchen on main floor. Master Suite with Jacuzzi also on main floor. Large family room and 2 bedrooms, downstairs. Surround sound available throughout. Oversized patio, naturally treated hot tub, gas grill and plenty of patio seating, accessible via living room and Master Suite. Garage and additional parking available for guest use. Condo can accommodate up to 11 people.
New this season - 6 person lounge hot tub.
Interior is exquisitely decorated with rich fabrics and custom furnishing. Living room upgraded with 55" smart UHD TV. Living room and family room both have Home Theater Sound Effect. All rooms equipped with flat screen TVs, satellite TV, Blu-ray and DVD players. Library of DVDs, books and games for your enjoyment.

Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, spices, cooking oils, and earth-friendly high-quality cookware. Prepare a gourmet meal or a quick panini sandwich! We offer an assortment of coffee/tea/cocoa for the duration of your visit and at least one light breakfast consisting of instant oatmeal and breakfast bars.

Bedrooms have high-end mattresses, and extra memory tops are available for the sofa-beds. Plush cotton towels and Egyptian/pima cotton soft linens are provided for your comfort. Bathrooms are stocked with soaps, shampoos, conditioner, lotions. All soaps and most of the cleaning supplies used in the condo are Natural/Green solutions!

Private over-sized covered patio with large grill, a naturally treated 5-6 person hot tub and “any occasion” holiday lights. Unmatched for relaxation after a day of adventures!

Portable Humidifiers/Aroma therapy diffusers are available for your use.

Garage equipped with ski and snowboard racks.

Earlier check-in and late check-out is possible - depending on availability.

Summer fun: an outdoor heated pool and kiddie pool (open from Memorial Day - Labor Day), large community hot tub (open year round), 2 tennis courts and basketball court.

Perfect Stay

This was a great property close to Pineview Resevoir. We used the pool and hot tub to relax after being out and active. Very clean. Secured parking and gated access helped leave any worries about safety to rest. I would stay here again if available.

Fantastic Place Near Snowbasin

This was an excellent place for my family on a ski trip. Lots of amenities and little extras. Comfortable, spacious, and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.

Spacious home away from home

We grew tired of playing the traffic game up the Canyons a few years ago and so as a family, we've visited the Huntsville area for the last 4-5 years to ski at both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain during the month of February. There doesn't seem to be as many options up that way, but we've generally had good luck with VRBO rentals in Lakeside Village and this experience was no exception. In fact, it was easily the nicest patio with grill & hot tub setup that we've encountered there and my only regret is that we didn't have more people in our party to enjoy it. We were also impressed with the thought that went into "what someone might need when traveling via VRBO," as a roll of duct tape in a kitchen drawer came in handy to craft an insulation solution for a freezing GoPro (forgot normal waterproof case at home), as well as elevate my wife's spirits when she realized she'd forgotten her nail polish remover at home as well. It turns out there was some under the master bath sink. I think this is the first unit where we had access to a garage at this complex, which was nice because it snowed the majority of our visit, alleviating the need to scrape the windows before a drive. Nevertheless, the property manager (Polina) was friendly and communicative leading up our rental and I would have no hesitation about recommending this to others, or to return again.

Snowbasin Ski Week

We had a great week at the condo. It was very large, well-appointed, close to Snowbasin, and true to the listing description. We especially appreciated all of the cooking spices, the stove and the cookware.

Perfect for Family Ski Trip

This property is about as close as you can get to Snowbasin. It was perfect for three couples with kids. The unit it big so everyone had their own space and two living rooms were great for the kids to watch a movie while the grownups made dinner. Hot tub is awesome, too.

Ski Week in Utah

There were 6 adults on this ski trip and we lovedPolinas Townhome. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped for all of our cooking needs and we make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.The hot tub was a welcome relief from skiing each night and she provided hot tub towels too. The property was ease to find snd enter and her information binder was super helpful to us for the area.The home was also very spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We used both fireplaces and great use of the entire home.Polina was very helpful when we struggled with the TV and the sound system. She was very easy to contact and very quick to reply. She communicated with us appropriately and we had a great stay.The location was perfect for the Utah Skiing areas and convenient to grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy and any needed amenities. It also was nice to have a garage for 1 car and to safely store our skis. We hope to return next year for another wonderful week at Polinas Home.Colleen and Scott K

Family friendly and great location

We were in town for a family reunion and this was a great place to stay. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the actual home, but it was very clean and we would definitely stay there again. The guest instruction manual was great and well detailed as well. We didn’t use the hot tub, but the instructions for that were also well detailed. The kitchen was nicely stocked with things you would need to cook meals there. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Amazing and perfect vacation!

Polina’s townhouse was absolutely perfect for us. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you would need, the beds are very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the hot tub. The fireplace, grill and laundry all worked perfectly.

Huntsville Condo

Great loved stay at condo for 4 days skiing. Great location for Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. The kitchen was well stock with all the ingredients to cook a good meal. The beds were soft and iit was good having 6 total beds. The condo was as advertised. Great place to stay in winter and Summer. Bill

Great place to relax after a day of skiing

We were two couples that were in town for skiing. The location is excellent because you can easily get to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. The hot tub was a nice way to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make good meals. The unit overall was comfortable and extremely livable. It’s clean that Polina pays attention to the details. We were adult couples, but it wPyle have been excellent for families as well. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to be in the area.
