Loved 105

This was our second visit, because we enjoyed it so much last time. Everything was great. Only improvement suggestion is to mop the floors more often, our feet were black from walking barefoot indoors. Thanks team!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was good but some of the lights weren't working and I would have felt more comfortable if the pillows had protective covers as well as pillow cases that could be washed. Some pillows were slightly stained - perspiration I expect.

Feb exmouth stay

Great place for family close to town and on main drag. If staying with two family's one toilet/shower is outside and can be a hotbox so keep in mind. Enough parking for 2 cars but might struggle with larger boats. Aircon all thru house and everything tidy and working. Would stay again for value

We have family in another villa in the village and ours was definitely updated and fresh!Then bedding options were fantastic, everything was very clean.Only downside was not having a vacuum, as sweeping was a bit of a hassle with small children.The dishwasher was super convenient as we were out often.The view from the loft room was amazing! Loved waking up to amazing sunrises each morning! Will be back again!

Reviewer Comments: Lovely property but unfortunately it wasn’t clean and lacked basic privacy• mould in shower• rubbish, leaves and junk behind the barbecue • heavy layer of dust and grime on top of kitchen cabinets (visible from master bedroom)* no privacy and security concerns because there is no curtain or blind covering the glass entry door * very nice but I expect much better considering the price

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of osprey, we stayed at the same place twice. It’s good for a family. We did have an issue with communication with the agency, I called them to tell them the washing machine absolutely stunk. The filter had fallen into the agitator and built up a lot of ‘stuff’ someone came to have a look and couldn’t get it out so was going to return with a tool and never did.

A great place to stay

A great place to stay whilst visiting Exmouth as it's in walking distance to the town centre and opposite the potshot hotel/bottle shop. The house was very clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
