Brand new sleek modern kitchen installed with 5 burner stove, fridge, tiles throughout.

Outdoor entertaining patio with BBQ and large table and chairs.

Relax in the private outdoor bath whilst star gazing at night.

Highchair and porta-cot for families as well as board games and card games.

Great set up outside for the avid fish wrangler too!

Property was well presented and tidy.Sadly, the communication was non existent.The porta cot provided was older and the handle was broken making it difficult to set up. Minimal pantry space due to all the appliances being stored in there. Listing states its walking distance to town (20 mins one way), to beach (30 mins) and marina (the oposite side of town). Laundry door deadbolted, making it frustrating to go around through the larger sliding door and a potential fire risk. Would have been nice to have a guest friendly vacuum rather than using the commercial sized one. Had to sweep the large space for our 10 day stay as it was too loud to use with the little ones. Living area split system has a strong odour when run on heating. Had the cleaner show up early questioning our departure time

Very tidy and well laid out property.with 9 of us, still managed to find space to unwind, play pickle ball and sleep peacefully. The house is better than pictures, can't thank Wayne enough for providing the perfect place for family holiday memories

Well presented and plenty of parking.Unfortunately the well presented main bathroom shower was poorly designed and became a flood every time it was used. Kitchen cupboards were set way too high and couldnt reach anything. No pantry space at all.

Great place to stay

After staying two weeks in this brilliant house I can only highly recommend it. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside had everything we needed for cleaning our boat, fish and dive/fishing gear. The house was spotlessly clean and organised. Wayne the host replied very promptly to any questions we had and was very helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised that the accommodation was even better than the photos. Although we did not use them there was a lot of air-cons. Large rooms, private fenced yard and the outside bathroom was great when we came home from the beach, the grandkids loved the bath. Lawn to kick the football on and the concreted area for the grandkids to ride their pushbikes. Wifi was a big bonus too. Thank you Wayne.

We Love the Cape!

Great place to stay while visiting Exmouth and the NW Cape! Had everything we needed to clean our snorkeling gear, wash and hang out some clothes, and cook a couple meals. Everything was in tip top shape and very clean! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a family of four adults and two kids. The Ningaloo Reef is awesome and Exmouth has some great places to eat. The Seafood Medley at Whaler's Restaurant was awesome for a 47th anniversary dinner! We really enjoyed our visit!

Fantastic property

This home is perfect for our annual fishing holiday. There are plenty of parking space with fantastic amenities. Will definitely book this property again next time we return to Exmouth.

Perfect house and location

The photos of this house do not do it justice. A wonderful newly renovated house that had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We absolutely loved our stay here and will stay again.

Exmouth family holiday

Best Place for a Fishing Trip

Great place to stay for 4 blokes and a big boat for two weeks of solid fishing. Secure boat area, wash down bay, fish cleaning table, outdoor area. Inside was probably the most equipped and comfortable place I've stayed in after 8 or so fishing trips to Exmouth. Outdoor 'ensuite' was a treat. Wayne, you've set the place up perfectly! Well done. Will be back.
