Family Holiday to Orlando

We had the most amazing holiday at Encore Reunion in Kissimmee. Our villa was fantastic and we enjoyed staying on a very secure estate with great amenities on site. The restaurant was very good plus the poolside food very reasonably priced. The staff throughout the resort were very knowledgeable, polite and welcoming at all times. The agents Jeeves were extremely helpful whenever the need arose and came almost immediately to rectify any maintenance problems. The accommodation suited our family of 15 very well. Children and their parents upstairs with a separate lounge area for the children if needed. And grandparents used bedroom downstairs with dressing rooms and huge bathrooms. The large swimming pool and jacuzzi a godsend in the Florida heat. A perfect holiday resort and would not hesitate to rebook. Thank you to our owner Erika.

Many issues

Check in was easy, initially you stop at the gate and register and are given a code to get through the gate. The neighborhood felt safe, but rules are not enforced. There were several loud parties lasting well into the wee hours(Not the owners fault).The house was clean, the pictures are mostly accurate. The space worked well for our family of 14. The property is actually 20-30 minutes from Disney. However, there were a number of issues that require attention. The carpet is stained, wrinkled and threadbare in places. You can feel the tacks with your bare feet at the entrance to the master bedroom. A drawer in the fridge was broken, only one side of the toaster worked, and no broom was provided for small messes. (The host did offer to send another toaster). The lights flickered constantly, both upstairs and down, leading to some concern there could be a wiring issue. A major safety concern is that dressers are not anchored to the wall. One upstairs nearly fell on our 4 year old when he opened the bottom drawers. (He wasn't climbing on it, he just wanted to put his toys in it)Fortunately his mom was close by, but it is a heavy dresser and a child could be trapped and seriously injured. The pool alarm went off at midnight on our last night-we had an early flight and were already asleep. We had to stand by the door and push the button every few seconds while waiting for maintenance to arrive 20 minutes later and correctly diagnose a dead battery.

Family reunion

There were 13 of us. 4 Grandchilden and the rest family members. House was very comfortable for all of us. Bedrooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable for all of us. Grounds were beautiful. Game room amazing, close to many activities and grocery stores. The water park at resort was exceptional and the Restraunt amazing. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend for you to stay.

Excellent stay

Excellent house, as advertised. Clean and tidy. Pool was great, and well heated. Location fantastic for access to amenities including Disney. Resort excellent with large pool area, splash pad and slides. Clubhouse good for a meal and drinks. Local supermarket for all shopping needs. Would definitely stay again.

Fun for big family vacation

Met up with extended family for a Disney vacation. We were glad to have a whole house to gather and spend time together after long days at the park. Kids loved the game room and the backyard pool.

Disney family bliss

We had 8 adults and 8 children in this house and it was perfect! We never felt cramped. The kids absolutely loved having their own rooms and sharing a bathroom. The pool was a perfect temperature. The home owner was very timely with answering our questions leading to our arrival. The old school arcade game was super fun for the adults!

Family Vacation of 15!

Fantastic house!! So much room! We enjoyed the pool everyday! The bathroom by the pool we a fantastic bonus. No need to drip water through the house. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. Would book again.

Had a great time just had a few issues: WiFi and dryer were the biggest problems.

WiFi never worked Dryer did not dry was reported to property manager but no one came Leak under kitchen sink Other then those above we had a great time.

Excellent property

We had a great time at this house. The check in process was very smooth and the owner was very responsive before our stay. We did not have any issues during our stay, so that was equally as smooth. The bedrooms were cute and simple. The game room was a nice bonus too. There are scuffs on the walls from wear and tear but that didn’t affect our stay. Overall great experience.

October 2021 Family Vacation

Very nice property. Kids really enjoyed the pool at the house and the waterpark. Would definitely come back to this property. Only minor issue was the pool umbrella did not work. On-line listing showed 2 pool umbrellas but only one was there and did not work. Also as a suggestion would be great to have a ceiling fan on the ceiling overhang in front of the pool.

Whenever I called about a problem with the house, they responded quickly. The exception was with a basketball game. It was broken when we arrived and they said the would have to order a new one

Great place!

This is a very nice house and we would definitely stay here again. The owner was very helpful and if there are any problems the manager was very quick to solve. Very close to the clubhouse with the water park. Loved the coffee shop there! The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and all of the games. Florida 2019 was a success! Thank you!

Disney Trip

House was spacious and decorated nicely. Owner was easy to communicate with and prompt to reply. We did find 2 large chunks of broken glass on the garage floor upon our arrival, which the homeowner replied was probably from previous guest. Pool and outdoor area was nice. There is an extra charge for access to the waterpark and to heat the pool, which are quite pricey. Overall great experience with the owner and the house.
