Your Caribbean home away from home

One complete condominium with all the furnishings and comforts one would want at their fingertips! We are centrally located on the island. Ten minute walk to the beach. Your balcony overlooks the eight foot pool just a few feet away from your doorstep. The condo is located a the residential area in Princess. You will see plenty of people walking in the streets getting in some exercise early morning and late afternoons. There are restaurants which specialize in local, Latin, and Caribbean food within walking distance. Gas stations and convenience stores are also within walking distance. Public transportation via surface bus transportation is within one block of the condominium. Plenty of free parking located right outside your condominium. All of the amenities you would need to enjoy a very pleasant stay away from home.

Best condo in St. Croix

This was my first time in Saint Croix with my cousin, and I would definitely love to come back and stay at this condo. The host was very pleasant as well as our stay. He was very accommodating and professional to us.

House is about time minutes from Christiansted. Clean house, small, but clean. My kids loved the dogs at the property.

An ideal stay

This is essential for your accommodation. You will need a vehicle for this location, there's laundry on the property and a pool to help cool down after a hectic day. Very quiet neighborhood. Host is responsive.

Clean and friendly. If you're bringing a pet make sure they know about it ahead of time, there's a steep fee for bringing a pet. All told it was a great experience, we're looking forward to coming back.

Russell Is An Awesome Host . Made sure i had everything i needed and more. Destination is a great hole in the wall spot but still closeby to things aswell. Very quite area, and total privacy.

Nestled behind the trees just beyond the break of the waves

We arrived early and was greeted right away . Not what we was expecting but after see the island and learning so much about it. We appreciate everything they did to make our stay comfortable. Ac was very cold and room was very clean. They provided us with a new coffee pot and kitchen. Pool was area was nice and you could hear the waves just beyond the tree line. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay , 3 miles from the boardwalk and just around the corner from great food. They made it affordable and comfortable. We will be back.

Amassing

The hosts was extremely helpful ,as we gat there much later than anticipated duo to the weather conditions and the airplane couldn’t land. The hosts totally reach out to us and reassure us that he will guides us to the condo and he totally helps us find they way even sending the manager to sick us and help us .The manager was very professional ,well spoken and helpful .The place was well kept cleaned everything they offered on the wed side was as promised, the pool was clean close to the beach ,we enjoyed the view and the fact that they have a back up generator on automatic, Everything works ,we enjoyed the Island and all the suggestions given by the manager were excellent ,we definitely will be back . Short but sweet stay

Needed a location nearer to Christiansted for the last day of our trip. This property was in the right price range and really turned out to be better than I’d expected. Russell was friendly and understanding of our needs. He helped us navigate to the property and gave a very thorough tour. I think he is aware that many map apps have a hard time finding the condos. (Tip: Google maps had a much easier time finding the old school that is across from gated condo complex. Apple Maps was useless.) The bed was comfy and the bedroom was huge. Our room blocked the sunlight, which I needed for a good night’s rest. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to relax poolside. Perhaps, next time.

Needs a little something

Missing some necessary staples such as salt and pepper and oil. To be up to VRBO standards, they should have some things like plastic wrap, food storage containers with lids, and coffee filters. As an island destination I would suggest beach towels and chairs. Theresa, the manager, said they don’t supply beach towels because they get stolen. Russell, the host, said on day 3 out of 10 he would bring some beach towels over but we never saw them. We bought camp chairs at Home Depot for 16. Seems like something they could have provided. I would suggest a shower caddy as there is no shelf in there. The a/c works wonderfully and the kitchen is adequate. The balcony is a great place for morning coffee. The dogs on the property are a lot of fun. Coin operated laundry across the driveway was convenient. Plenty of storage, bed was comfortable. Communication with host could be improved.

Location is deceiving

Condo was great. Everything about the condo was accurate except for location as described on hotel.com. It is not in the heart of Christiansted but a minimum of 15 minute drive. Cabs or driving are necessary. Cabs are not always dependable either. The cab drivers work when they want so you may be stranded places waiting for a taxi.

This condo is centrally located to shopping, convenience stores, gas stations... The pool is pristine and inviting. Owner and caretaker is readily available. On site parking in a secure location. Generator for those pesky power failures.
