**Minimum stay is 12 nights** Inquire about monthly rates. Our newly renovated condo at Colony Cove is centrally located on the North Shore. This TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH is on the FIRST FLOOR......NO STEPS to climb!!! The condo has CENTRAL A/C and ALL THE AMENITIES OF HOME (scotch tape in the kitchen drawer :), Washer/dryer, TV's, board games, books, snorkeling gear, privite WIFI, linens and towels, beach towels & chairs, toys for kids, floats and swimming toys, electric sweeper, and a FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen with reverse osmosis drinking water.

Condo complex is gated and has 24 security.

Poolside is 30 steps away. There you will find a large community propane grill, a tiki bar (BYOB), shaded dining tables & chairs, lounge chairs and a salt water swimming pool.

Walk through the pool gate, you will find yourself under palm trees, relaxing in a lounge chair looking at the blue carribean sea. The beach is in a tranquil bay, and is protected by Long Reef (2 miles long!) This bay and reef makes for great snorkling, kite surfing, fishing, swimming , windsurfing, kayaking or just chillin.

The courtyard & pool are beautiful. I enjoyed all the unfamiliar flowers & the easy access to the beach. Watching the sunrise is amazing at the beach. The resort is somewhat centrally located which allows easy access to either end of the island and everything in between.I wish I could have stayed longer.

I love that it is on the first floor with easy entry to the property as well as quick access to the pool and ocean!!! The condo is CLEAN and AIR CONDITIONED with two baths and bedrooms. The owners have everything handy to make a short or long stay very comfortable. I LOVE this property! Many thanks to Tom and Kim for being great at communication and for offering a wonderful place to stay...I look forward to booking this property in the future!

Wish I could have stayed longer. Everything I needed was there. It was really great being on the first floor and the unit had central A/C that felt fantastic! The pool and the ocean were right there, literally steps away. Really enjoyed snorkeling in the calm, protected water. This unit was very clean!

I stayed at this property many years ago and was impressed with the owners' communication and cleanliness of the unit.Since then, they have made a number of excellent updates that made this stay very comfortable. My favorite is the A/C. The kitchen and bath have everything needed to be self-sufficient during the stay. Tom and Kim also had good rental car and local grocery store suggestions!I will look forward to staying in the future. Thank you for a great, though short, experience!

We have owned our condo in Colony Cove since 2004, and have been traveling to St. Croix twice a year with our two children. We had some major renovations done in 2023, and are now able to rent it out again!
