私たちは別のプラットフォーム上のスーパーホストです:) HomeAwayでは、自分たちのような素晴らしいゲストに同じ品質のサービスを提供できるかどうかを確認するためのテストとして2019年10月をオープンしています！ 1LDK 41.21㎡の広々としたお部屋です。広いロフト、天井の高さ、たくさんの自然光、9階のバルコニーからの街の景色をご覧いただけます。

駅から3分、そのクリエイティブな文化の中心部にあるミニマル下北は、表現力豊かでありながらも歓迎する下北+渋谷、新宿、原宿などをお探しのシングル、カップル、家族連れに最適です。


東京の1Rまたは1LDKの客室とホテルの大半がおよそ15㎡から35㎡の間にあるミニマルシモキタで、ロフトは41です。21㎡は、旅行者が本当にくつろげる空間を提供します。

2階の2つの窓からはたくさんの光があふれ、外出先で過ごした数日後にリラックスするのに最適な雰囲気です。

日本のレトロな雑誌、本、ポスターなど、日本の豊かな歴史と文化をヒントにした内装です。

The perfect home base to explore Tokyo

We couldn't have asked for a better stay on this trip to Tokyo. The location in laid back Shimokitazawa is just a short walk from the train station with easy access to the rest of the city. All the cafes, coffee shops, izakaya, and vintage shops you'll ever need are within a few minutes of the loft. The room is very spacious for Tokyo standards, has quality amenities, a comfortable bed, and excellent views from the balcony - what more could you ask for. To top it off our experience with the host, Ryo, was over the top - he went out of his way to offer incredibly insightful information, activities to do in the area, and has an amazing list of places to eat, see, and do in the area. Can't wait to be back next year.

Great little hide-away in Shimokitazawa

Great little apartment right in the middle of Shimo. Close walk to the station and was easy to do with suitcases. there is also a lift up to the apartment so no stairs (yay!). Great little donut place downstairs as well - Captain's donuts. We were a group of 4 - there was a bed in the loft area upstairs and a fold out futon style mattress in living room. it was a tight squeeze with 4 and 4 big suitcases, but it was fine! We loved the hot shower and heated toilet seat in the cold mornings. Great place to stay and would highly recommend. It was a self check in process which was easy, and the owner communicated with us with quick responses which made it a breeze.

Great host and location!

Ryo was a very attentive and responsive host. He gave us a lot of helpful tips for Tokyo- things to do and places to eat. The location was fabulous- a 3 minute walk from the local station, which is minutes from Shibuya. We were there during the typhoon but felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Hello! I'm a Japanese male (who's lived 21 years in Sydney / Singapore / US). I've left advertising (Dentsu Oddfellows / Dentsu Creative X) for a second time to focus on social businesses & projects.

I've previously worked with deaf people learning sign language, and cross-cultural projects in organic fashion.

I hope to continue being involved in social businesses, and amongst other goals hopefully contribute to creating genuine connections between the world and my motherland: Japan - which is what guest houses are great for :)

I live in another Shimokitazawa apartment with my rescue dog 'Akiko (May May) Yosano" and a rescue cat "Ryuichi (Ryu chan) Sakamoto". We love the bustling neighbourhood and love our down times getting in touch with nature and our amazing planet.

Here's an anecdote about Japanese passengers travelling on planes: "Japanese people leave their seats cleaner than it was before". That surely says something about the cleanliness of our people, but deep down it all comes down to simply being respectful to the people who are kind enough to provide a generous and hospitable service. So as hosts, just let us know what you expect and we'll be sure to keep to our word.
