Extended Stay

Spent 10 days here - great space (just as advertised), very comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed it. Adam was accessible and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Girls Weekend

First time trip to Austin to experience the city and attend ACL Festival! Such a great time! The house was perfect for the four of us and Adam was super helpful, responsive and has a wonderful home!

MotoGP Weekend

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is great and the house is modern/comfortable. Close to the track and close enough to DT for us. Grateful for covered parking which seems rare for rentals. It is in the flight path for the airport, so if that kind of thing bothers you, keep that in mind.

Towels

The house is very clean and comfortable . We enjoyed this house and having a bathroom for each bedroom is perfect . Two suggestions: The living room needs at least one more comfortable chair to sit in as there is only one sofa and two very hard , uncomfortable chairs in the living room . Nicer towels and washcloths are needed for bathrooms . Otherwise , this is a great place !

Good location

We were there for Formula 1. The price was not listed correctly on VRBO site when I booked 11 months in advance. The owner said it was wrong after making the the booking request and wanted more than he said he settled for. This is crappy way to do business. VRBO would not enforce the listed pricing or assist in any way just proving that they are really only there to proffer the transaction and take money from all sides with no real protection So I have to rate this property based on the price per night of over 800 per night. That means it better be perfect!!!! The house was in a quiet neighborhood with no issues. The fridge had food in it and other odd nuances that made me think that it was not cleaned prior to our arrival. I called the owner and he explained he just left things there because he lives there and that is easier or maybe convenient for the renters and to use what we may want. Ok I get that I guess. Issues we had upon arrival. Toilet set in on bathroom broken enough to feel like you had to hold on for the ride or fall off. Towels in master bath smelled very bad as if not cleaned. We found cleaned ones in closet. Our family member took bath in upstairs tub and it would not drain. I called the owner and he had someone deliver a plunger and a plumbing snake and asked me to fix the issues. That was odd. Remember my review is for $800+ per day so I expected a property that was worthy of that. This is a not up to that level at this time.

Great location and beautiful/ unique home

Wonderful modern home in a great location in east Austin. Very spacious with comfortable bedding and great outdoor space! This was perfect for our family get together weekend!

Great home, great host, great stay

We had a wonderful stay in Adam’s home for 3 weeks. Beautiful home, very comfortable with all kitchen necessities, comfortable beds. Adam was an excellent host and very responsive to all communication. The yard was our much sought-after hangout spot. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to visiting again
