I live in Jupiter Fla and Cashiers NC, 6 months each. I also have 2 gorgeous vacation rental houses in Savannah, GA. I am married with 3 children, 4 grandchildren, 7 rescue dogs and 3 rescue cats. My childhood summers were spent on Lake Glenville in Cashiers since 1965 and every summer since then. I have restored and renovated my childhood Lake Glenville lakefront home into a beautiful and special vacation rental as well as my grandparents summer house on Lake Glenville with a world class view, which is also a vacation rental. I love providing a superb, clean and comfy place for special guests to have a memorable vacation.

Sapphire Place is perfectly situated in the heart of beautiful Sapphire, NC. Because my lifetime family summer homes are located nearby on Lake Glenville, I wanted to own a quality vacation home in Sapphire as well, since there are so many wondrous sights to see and things to do in Sapphire. I found this villa and immediately fell in love with its wood cathedral ceilings, its peaks and angles, it's unique and welcoming feeling, its placement in a private community, yet so close to everything Sapphire, Cashiers, Highlands, and Glenville have to offer, which is extensive. It just felt right. So i bought it and spent 9 months lovingly decorating it with one of a kind furniture and curiosities that I believe guests will enjoy. I also added low level ambient lighting inside that sets a cozy mood and makes you want to stay home for the night, or enjoy coming home from a night out!! I am adamant about providing a quality vacation at an incredible value and the most important thing to me is that my guests have the best vacation of their lives. I am always available to my guests from their inquiry all the way through their vacation and beyond...a phone call away at all times. Constant open door policy is so very important as well as providing my guests with all the good activities and events and places to see that i've discovered throughout my 50+ years of roaming these mountainsides. I give all these descriptive experiences to my guests so that they too can enjoy the best waterfalls, hiking trails, local events, restaurants, shopping opportunities, etc. I've done it all and pass it on, for what its worth. My guests receive first class, hands on communication whenever they desire and most guests become permanent friends, which is what I love most. I chose this villa in the heart of Sapphire because I love what I do and there is nothing more fun and fulfilling to me than making people happy, and fun vacations are happy!!!
