Best vacation ever!

We stayed during the week of July the Fourth. There were several activities at this property, including a fire show and fireworks. Besides the Fourth activities, there were several amenities that the whole family enjoyed. These beds were the comfiest beds I have ever slept on in my life! The room was clean and well stocked.

Enjoyable

Overall it was a great time. The kitchen could use some scissors. But everything was great. We enjoyed our stay. The fireworks were awesome!

final assessment

The dryer did not work, no need to use until the last 2-3 days We notified the property who said they would send a mechanic up but it was one day before we were to leave and did not want any disturbance or having to be there when the maintenance man arrived. The drawers to the nightstand dresser pull completely out of the dresser if you are not careful and land on your foot. so this could NOT be used for clothes etc. So not major hiccups but when you pay several thousand dollars for a vrbo you would hope that these items work.

Construction next door was unpleasant

There was a lot of construction noise from next door and an addition of the pool. It interrupted my piece that I was looking for.

very nice spacious with great view.

Stay was great with very nice amenities. Only thing to complain about was hot tub foamed heavily with a green tint. Maintenance checked and treated it when we arrived so dont know if it was from treatment or not but it was about 6 hours later. I can still recomend the stay though.

Very Clean, Property Maintenance Time

The condo was beautiful and immaculately clean. Dishes and starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap) were well stocked. Our only disappointment was all of the pools in the tower were closed due to maintenance and the hot tubs on the balconies were also closed for use. These amenities were the reason we chose to stay at Turquoise Place and we were not informed until a we days/weeks after we booked the property. We ended up not spending very much time at the property at all since we had kids to entertain.

Turquoise 1502C

rental property was beautiful and spacious with wonderful gulf view. Stocked well. During our stay, the property was overall nice and clean from a housekeeping standpoint. However, there were several issues that we encountered: 1. Living Room Furniture: The furniture and rug in the living room were very stained and appeared dirty, which required us to use sheets to sit on them. As a result, we chose to watch TV in the bedroom instead. 2. Bedroom and Bathrooms: The bedrooms and bathrooms lacked basic amenities such as hooks for towels, makeup bags, or robes. Additionally, one of the nightstands had missing drawer handles, and the drawers were unsafe as they pulled out completely. Adding an extra dresser in the master bedroom would also be helpful. 3. Kitchen: The kitchen was missing scissors, which would have been useful during our stay. 4. Hot Tub: The operation of the hot tub was unclear, and we had to exchange multiple texts with the property manager. Eventually, a technician came out to demonstrate how to use it. We hope these points are addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Let me know if you’d like to refine further!

Exceeded expectations

Huge, private, clean and convenient. Didn’t even have a chance to enjoy all the amenities. We would gladly return to this area and this specific rental.

Beautiful

The pictures are spot on. The process was easy. The property was very clean and had all the basic items you would need. The kitchen was well stocked with tools,pots, pans and small appliances. We had an amazing time and will definitely stay again.

Amazing

This condo is absolutely stunning! Our family of 6 had more room and comfort than we have had in any place before. We had friends over each night and they too could not believe the luxury. You will not regret booking this place. We hope to come back again soon.

Great location and amenities

Loved the room, fastest, and smoothest elevators, easy check in, great access to the biking and hiking trails. As past owners of another property in a different complex, this was a great return to the beach. We appreciated the facility and management. We.will be back and look forward to another stay at the Turquoise.

Outstanding Property!

This is a beautiful property and the absolute cleanest place I have ever stayed! The hot tub and grill on the large balcony makes this place even more wonderful! Stay here! You will not regret it!
