Great stay for our family

This house was perfect for our family for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Plenty of space for gathering when we wanted and bedroom space when we needed alone time. Great proximity to restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!

Great for our holiday visit!

The house fit both our families perfectly and we were able to enjoy a nice time together. There is a good mix of beds and bathrooms and the main living space could accommodate us well. The neighborhood is full of walking and running trails that were lovely to stroll. We felt safe at all times too.

What you see is what you get. Host is very helpful and responds so fast. Every room is double or triple bed except for one but it was in a nice area & I have no complaints. Will be staying in one of his homes again.

Great big place to meet with family

Overall our family had a really great time at the Falcon House, Everything was clean, and welcoming there was a lamp in the master bedroom that had a burnt-out light bulb I think because it would not turn on. Also, the blow drier didn't work, We also think there is a leak in the upstairs bathroom because it soaked some toilet paper that was there pretty good, and the televisions worked but they were pretty slow by newer standards. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this place for anyone wanting to house a big group.

So bad we left early!

Better mattresses, cleaner rooms, better value if you stayed at a Hotel 6. The listing is misleading, for a property with 6 bedrooms, that easily sleeps at least twelve, they charge for every person over 2 that stays there. The towels weren't clean, there is a booger stuck to the wall of the master bath, the kitchen is horribly outfitted and does not work well for cooking in the slightest, the couches are broken and falling apart and they hide the remotes so you can't even hook up your own devices to access streaming on the TV's. If you are looking for cheap, yet underperforming on the bare minimums this is the place to rent, but if you want a king bed you can actually get some sleep on, keep searching.

Great bones with tons of space for a large family with some minor issues

First and foremost, the home is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is fairly well appointed. Fridge was stuck on crushed ice. Stove only had 2 functioning burners. A few light bulbs are out. Couches are comfy but some reclining portions are broken. To be fair, when I alerted the host about some of these issues, they sent maintenance out to see if they could fix the cook top, and since they couldn't immediately fix it, they provided an electric 2 burner hot plate so we could continue to cook. At one point, we were locked out because the code was somehow changed by cleaning crew and per directions we opened the lock box to get the emergency key, which was not there...but after calling the emergency numbers we were given a different code that worked. So just a minor setback. As far as cleanliness, there was some trash left behind when we arrived, plus a booger on the bathroom wall as mentioned in past reviews. The place could use a thorough deep cleaning. Not terrible though. The best thing about this place was, it was large enough to stay comfortably with our crew of 10 adults plus a few young kids. Beds were comfy enough. The master suite is huge and very nice. Living areas have abundant space. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. And the host, while very strict, was pretty responsive. I did ask if we could have my sister and her fiance's family over for dinner one night (they live near the vrbo) and was told I could not which was disappointing, but was listed in the rules

Not as nice as it could be

During our stay the A/C was set to 70 degrees but the temp in the house never went below 75 and it was in the high 90's outside (we left all the drapes and blinds closed as well) The master bedroom was the hottest room in the house and the bed was awful. So, we went up to the 2nd level to the twin bedroom and it was the coolest room although we did have to sleep in in twin beds there in order to enjoy the tv and be semi cool. The back door looked like it had been kicked in before and the outside trim was hanging. The walls inside had a lot of stains on them and the house really needs an overall good deep cleaning. The living room furniture was in bad shape and needs to be replaced. The amenities were very limited. Now the positive. The lay out of the house is beautiful and it could be a wonderful property to stay in with some work. I am thankful that we were able to get into this place last minute due to the original rental that I paid for not being accessible not thanks to the host of that one. That is a whole other story. I would not stay here again or recommend it until some things are taken care of.

Men’s church outing

Rented the house for Father/Son Fellowship golf weekend. Clean, roomy, easy in and out, and comfortable. Very nice place in a safe part of town. Thanks Alba.

The House was Everything we needed

We were in town for a family reunion and we just needed space. This house had plenty of room very clean with a quiet and safe neighborhood...I would recommend this home for big families like mine. Especially having alot of women. Plenty of bathroom space and mirrors which most of us women need to do a wardrobe check..

House Needs Extermination

The house was not clean, although the property manager/owner did send housekeeping the day after we arrived. Lovely property in a nice community, but there are major cleaning issues. Roaches in the cupboard and dining room (I have pictures and I am not a wuss, I camp all of the time). We rented this property to accommodate my family due to the death of my father. We did not want to deal with a property that was not clean. Address the cleaning issues and a couple of items that need to be fixed (shower curtain in the kid's bathroom for example, inside grill) and this will be a great location.
