We were very disappointed that the unit was not available for us to check into until long after the agreed upon time. After getting up very early to catch our flight, we could not check in and shower or change clothes or even brush our teeth. The unit had not been cleaned from the previous guests, there were no fresh bed linens or towels, trash had not been removed, clumps of hair were in the shower, dirty dishes were left on the table, etc., and the unit was in need of a facelift.
We were specifically told that we would be charged for any stains on the carpet, but after calling housekeeping for a cleaning, and when.we were finally able to check in, we found many stains on the carpet (took pics and documented so we would not be charged), the drapery pull was missing and the drape was off the rod on one side, there were kitchen items missing, the edges and tops of the tables were very worn, and one of the bathroom sinks did not drain well.
When we brought these things to the attn of the property owner (property Mgr?) they responded in a timely manner to my email, but did not seem too interested.
If we stay in the area again I would not stay in this unit. We have stayed in other units in the bldg and we were very impressed. Not so with this unit.
