Very nice home with newer modern appliances and the location was only a couple of blocks from beach

The wife and I had a very nice time and it was so nice knowing we good have our dog with us in the same home that was so very close to all the downtown shops and restaurants and the Beach too!

Cute cottage close to beach

John's property is very cute and quaint, with a lovely back yard and fire pit. Best things about the cottage were the location, the short and pleasant walk to the beach, and the fully equipped updated kitchen. John was very responsive and check-in/check-out were easy. The only negative was that it was a little noisy -- traffic, roosters, sprinklers... not great for a light sleeper, but that's why ear plugs exist!

We enjoyed hosting Kathrine. New smyrna being a vacation destination does become a bit lively and fun. The famous Flagler roosters has since moved to a new location in town and rarely in the area. They are a beloved bunch of wild chicks. “)

Lovely Cottage in the ❤️ of New Smyrna Beach

This cottage was a delight from the moment we entered! So clean and spacious! It really felt like home! Being able to bring our little canine pet was a huge plus! Thanks John for making this property available to these Ohio snowbirds!

Super cute little cottage for a family who loves NSB

We plan to return as an annual gathering. We loved to be able to come back to the house and wash up before grabbing a bite to eat for dinner down the street. Loved the updated kitchen and the cute, spacious backyard for the kids to play!

Great location, solid parking options, and a wonderful old home

If you're looking for a convenient place to stay in NSB that's close to Flagler, and the beach this is a wonderful spot. The yard is huge, the home is cute and has plenty of old charm and the neighborhood is friendly.

The cottage was very cute and updated!

Perfect walking distance from the beach and the best restaurants in New Smyrna! I would definitely stay here again! Cute backyard to hang out in as well although the fence was not enough to let our dogs run around off the leash.

A fabulous cottage!!

We had a fabulous stay at the Seaside Cottage in New Smyrna Beach. It is adorable, clean, well-equipped and cozy - very true to the pictures. The large yard is wonderful and it is an easy walk to the beach and to the main street with shops and restaurants. John, the owner, was extremely pleasant to work with which made our stay even more relaxed and comfortable. We loved our time there and look forward to going back!!

This home fit our needs more than I could have imagined. It was great location to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful new kitchen and nice relaxing living room. Home was clean & well kept. Owners are great & nice to deal with. We had no problems or complaints!!!!!

Love this place!!!

If you are a foodie, enjoy cooking and want a close cottage to NSB then this is your spot. The entire house is just fun. Decorated with contemporary flair but still has the traditional look to the house with original hard wood floors, fireplace and door knobs, a few furniture pieces etc. The kitchen is completely updated with a wonderful GAS range!! VERY clean as well. All the utensils and kitchen accessories are new and in good shape. Close enough to walk to NSB to all the restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this cottage and will return.

Cute Cottage

Great house in great location. Easy walk to Flagler Ave and Beach. Spent just the weekend and walked to everything. Great restaurants nearby. House is really nice and in cute neighborhood with lots of trees. Would stay there again.
