UNIT LAYOUT: First Floor has a full kitchen, full bathroom, living and dining. Also has a front covered terrace and a back patio that faces the saltwater lagoon and pool entrance. ✔ Second floor has a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king and a set of twin bunks. Second bedroom has a King bed.

The place was perfect! My kids loved the location and amenities. We were right next to the lagoon and south pool which was very convenient. The beds/linens were soft, and the showers were fantastic. Other people in the community were respectful and polite. We really enjoyed this property.

The condo was in an excellent condition. Everything you could need or want was inside and the views from the front porch and balcony were great. The decor was relaxing and thoughtfully appointed. The hostess was extremely helpful both before and during our stay.

Kawama stay

Diana was great in responding to our questions and went the extra mile to do so. The property was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here in the future if we return to Key Largo.

Great location within a terrific community

The best thing is the location of the unit to the lagoon. Lots of wildlife just outside the door. Very hospitable folks staying there and safe. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week at this property. The location of the unit was perfect, right at the start of the lagoon and close to one of the pools. Our favorite was the jetty at sunset and the beach during the day. The host was exceptionally responsive when I contacted her with any questions and we used the owners recommendations for fishing and restaurants, both of which were great! A wonderful family vacation!

Loved our stay!!

We had a great time and enjoyed the pool, playground and walking path. It was great for stroller rides. This house had everything we needed for our vacation. It was very close to great restaurants. We also felt super safe there. The owner was very quick to respond and helped us with whatever we needed. We would definitely come back again.

The vacation spot you just hate to leave

Key Largo is one of our favorite places to be. This trip was nothing less than proof of that. The resort this unit is in is beautiful with many activities for the whole family, which isn’t always a common thing in Key Largo. The condo itself left no disappointment. It was very clean very well decorated and conveniently located. We would highly recommend this unit to anybody looking to enjoy this paradise themselves!

We are a Christian family of four. We have two girls ages 11 and 12 that have pretty much grown up on the ocean. Our girls love to fish, snorkel and swim. They play tennis, catch fish, cut up bloody bait and throw cast nets better than most fisherman. We are blessed to have a large extended family. Our Saturday traditions include waking up early, catching bait fish, snorkeling and later catching big fish. The girls come back to the pool or the lagoon for a swim while the men wash the boat and clean the fish. We have an evening of cooking and beautiful family time around the table as we enjoy our incredible catch of the day. Did I mention our girls are also incredible chefs??????

This property is located on the ocean side. We keep our boat at the Kawama Marina that is minutes away from the best fishing and snorkeling spots in all of the Florida Keys. ALSO..... we are tennis players!!! My husband and I play on several tennis leagues and a vacation is never a vacation if tennis is not on the agenda. The courts at Kawama are brand new and most importantly they are lit for night time playing. The area is very safe for our children. They roam around the facility without danger at all. The property has an INCREDIBLE view as you open the balcony doors and face the salt water lagoon. The kids spend hours jumping off the platform and playing where you can watch them from the living room. So much to do and see in the Keys but you will want to spend the most time in the house as the property offers more than you imagine.

This property is safe . Our permanent residence is in Miami where our children are not free to walk around the neighborhood at all. When we arrive at Kawama my family gains a freedom they do not get to normally experience. The children walk around, swim, play tennis without fear. We have never had peace inside of our home knowing the kids are outside playing like we do at this property.
