Beautiful 3BD/3BR Moroccan-Style Beach House w/ Garage

Incredible 3 bedroom, 3 bath Moroccan-style beach house with beautiful hand-painted tiles and huge modern kitchen! The unit spans the first and second floors of this stylish home, mere yards away from the beach and bay. Amenities include air conditioning, 2-car tandem garage, yard, comfortable beds, all the kitchen/bath essentials, WiFi, and Netflix. Take the virtual tour by clicking the video above!

The living room features a super-comfortable couch, large enough for your entire group, and a folding glass wall that opens to a yard with a fountain and dining/patio set. The kitchen has a stunning marble island that seats 8 people. All bedrooms have smart TVs.

The unit you will be staying in is Unit A, which is a two-story unit of a duplex. We (the owners) live in Unit B, which is a completely separate unit with its own entry. There are no shared living spaces.

This lovely Moroccan-inspired home is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and the bay. We include beach towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys and an outdoor shower so you have everything you need to enjoy Mission Beach.

The downstairs (with the living and dining area, bedroom and bathroom) is wheelchair friendly, with a roll-in shower, roll-sinks, 36" doors, etc. Please let us know in advance if a wheelchair will be used during stay so we can ensure access ramps are in place. The City of San Diego provides free manual or power beach wheelchairs a short 1/4 miles away.

A high-chair and "Pack N Play" are available.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Mission Beach is a lively beach town with miles of boardwalk, hip shops, restaurants, bars. The home is 1/4 mile from Belmont Park -- a beach front amusement park with a historic wooden roller coaster, mini golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, escape room, fresh water pool, restaurants, bars and more). We are centrally located to everything in San Diego - the Airport (5 mi /10 min drive), downtown (7 mi/10 min drive), Sea World (2 mi/6 min drive), and the Zoo (10 mi/15 min drive). Bike, surfboard, and scooter rentals are within easy walking distance.

ATTENTION: This home is in a high-density neighborhood and is only appropriate for quieter groups. There is a "no tolerance" policy for excessive noise, parties or indoor smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
