We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at this beautiful home.Opening the two large great room sliders onto the lanai with a heated pool overlooking the canal was simply spectacular! Beautiful area, very safe and close to everything you will need.Paula was a very gracious host and responded immediately when i called for assistance.Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Florida! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. 10/10 – Perfect Stay!We absolutely had the best time at this rental! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, exactly what we were hoping for.One of the standout features was the pool, it was clean, well-maintained, and the kids had an absolute blast spending hours in it every day. It truly made our vacation extra special.We couldn’t have asked for a better place and are already looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home!Kat and her team did a great job getting us checked in and out. Home was cleaned beautifuly.

Family home perfect for a vacation

This house was by far the best we’ve stayed in over our years visiting Cape Coral. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Also several beach chairs, coolers, and fishing rods. These owners have thought of everything.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house had all of the amenities of home plus a pool, with pool toys, fishing gear, comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing kitchen and open concept living room. The pool being in a screened in porch that allowed us to open the sliding doors was an added plus! We will definitely rent from this couple again!Kari

Perfect Waterfront Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern waterfront home! I stayed with my parents and my sister’s family; it was the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. The open-concept design with fully retractable glass sliders made the indoor-outdoor living experience incredible—especially with the heated pool right in the backyard. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and we even caught a few fish in the canal behind the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the property manager was very responsive whenever we had a question. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making our stay even more stress-free. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained home with quick Gulf access, a great pool, and all the comforts of home, this is the place! We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous property

This home is beautiful and exactly as listed. The house is spacious, very clean and well stocked. The tiki area on the dock and the sitting are at the pool were awesome. We enjoyed the pool. The assistance and communication were two thumbs up and very much appreciated!! Thanks for having us!!

Cape Coral Fall Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Cape Coral property. The house and amenities made us feel right at home. Paula and Brian were excellent in keeping us informed regarding the property conditions after the recent hurricane and Petra was very welcoming during check-in. The house was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and an infant. The kitchen was excellent for our meals and daily activities and the pool was wonderful. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to vacation in the Cape Coral area. We will definitely favorite this property for future stays.

Florida in July!!

Property was just as advertised and we all enjoyed our visit immensely. Florida in July is an opportunity to really cleanse your pores, but this property helped ease that process! Well stocked with all you need for a family vacation. Great location within short driving distances to all stores. Fort Meyers beach is about 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic so very doable. If you want to make the drive to Sanibel or Captiva that adds another 15-30 minutes depending on where you want to stop. They had beach chairs, small umbrella and a couple of small coolers to make that experience possible remotely. Pool floaties and some inflatable toys also for a good pool experience. Communication was straight forward and detailed.

Beautiful welcoming property!

This was our second time staying at this same property. It was JUST as wonderful this year as it was the first time. It is gorgeous inside and out. I was amazed by the cleanliness of both the inside of the house as well as the yard and the pool and pool area. Very spacious home, and while the pictures show exactly what the rooms look like, it feels larger in person. The location of the home is near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, but tucked back in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Linens and towels felt new and higher end. The house had floats and pool noodles , fishing rods and bicycles. Property manager was very quick to respond to the one question I had this time. We loved this home and we cannot wait to come back!

Best house yet!

We have been staying in Cape Coral for at least a month at a time for 14 years. We have stayed in many nice house and some that were not so nice. This house was the nicest house we have rented! It is in the Savona neighborhood - our favorite. It was the most well equipped kitchen we have ever seen. We cook in most all of our meals, so we appreciate a nicely appointed kitchen. The bedding was lovely - sheets felt new, towels were nice, also felt new. Plenty of beach towels. All the appliances worked as expected. Good supply of necessities to get us started. The property management team was superior. Small problems were resolved immediately. Only complaint was that the 'beach chairs' were old and rusty. Not really low beach chairs, but more like lawn chairs. But plenty of 'pool toys' noodles and rafts. We cannot say enough about this house. You won't regret renting this beautiful home.

Beautiful home in Cape Coral

We had a great stay in a beautiful home in Cape Coral with pool, plenty of space, and amenities for everyone! The owners provided an immaculate 4 bedroom home and well furnished with everything we needed for a 3 week stay! The property manager was so accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I have never stayed in a home as clean and well furnished, and we are already booked for our stay next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Cape Coral!
