Have the 3 king bedrooms with bathrooms attached was was perfect for our group. The kids loved the game room & having a place to hang out. The themed kids rooms were fun! Clean & comfortable.

Nice place to stay

The property was in a good location to many attractions, easy to get around. We had some trouble with the pool, but Jennifer looked after the problem quickly, the pool heater was fixed and the water held its temperature very well and it was greatly appreciated. The fridge/freezer in the house went down overnight and all our freezer products had to be thrown out, which in turn Jennifer reimbursed us for our lose, thank god we had a fridge/freezer outside that once was cleaned up a bit we were able to use it. All in all a good place to stay, would definitely stay again. Thank you Jennifer once again.

Overall, great stay. Spacious house and good location to many restaurants, stores and Disney. Had some issues with the pool the first few days of our stay which did delay us enjoying swimming but it was fixed and the property manager communicated quickly. Just wish we didn’t lose so many days to use the pool. The bathrooms in the house could use some updating. The shower/baths/toilets are quite dated and the baths are difficult to use with little ones. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Great house!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for our 3 families. There was a lot of room and everyone had their own space. We were traveling with a baby so we had questions about baby items that were in the home. They responded very fast and were accommodating to our requests. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to return soon!

Tons of space! The house had a lot of space for the ten of us.

There were a few little issues like the internet going down and the power outage, but the Property Manager Jennifer was excellent to deal with.

Very Good

We had a great stay in this lovely house. We hired a gas grill and found the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. The second fridge outside was brilliant for keeping drinks well chilled. The house is well kept and the decor was lovely! The AC in the games room was a nice touch too., with plenty of TVs to keep everyone happy as well as first class WIFI. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when we needed back in after checkout to retrieve a few items! We have stayed in quite a few houses on the US 27 over the years and this was one of the best! We would recommend it and would stay here again!

Great property

This property was perfect for our needs. The open concept meant we could all hang out in the same space. The pool was great to have as was the games room. I think everyone who stays leaves stuff behind (we did too) so the kitchen ware has become a bit of a hodgepodge. That is okay though because guaranteed what you need is in a cabinet somewhere! Some of the towels are showing the wear and tear and probably should be changed. Overall, an excellent vacation. Thanks for having us!

Home Away From Home!!

This spacious house was perfect for our 11-person family! While the house offered so many amenities, we had a few inquiries that were swiftly answered. The adolescents' sole drawback was poor internet reception, but in the owner’s defense, the entire surrounding area's internet connections were poor. Overall, we would rent this home again without hesitation!!

Great place to stay

Easy check in and out, beautiful quiet location convenient to everything. Community amenities are nice and an easy walk from this home. House is very well done, extremely comfortable bed (at least in the first floor master) quality bedding, great finishes, nice outdoor area, enough room for a large group, lots of bathrooms. The only con is there was no information about anything at the house. If you had a question it had to wait until the next business day to get an answer. I was surprised to have only 1 dishtowel, but having at least a starter for soap, trash bags, and coffee was much appreciated.

Unfortunate Dissapointment

While the house was suitable for our needs in terms of space, and amenities, the cleanliness of it was not. We specifically booked this house as most of the reviews mentioned how clean it was. I'm not sure how most people live, but it was most definitely not clean by our standards. When we arrived, there were food pieces and crusty, dirty, dried-on spots on the game room floor. As we were excited to be there and tired from being up for nearly 24 hours, we brushed it off. However, we then started to notice other things such as cabinets fronts being dirty from spills and food, with the handles, and fridge handles feeling incredibly grimy and gross to the touch. Doors and baseboards had visibly not been wiped in months. (there are spider webs on the baseboards in the half bath!) We actually went and bought cleaning wipes to wipe a few areas. Floors throughout the house need a thorough vacuum and mopping. The rug in the living room is incredibly stained and dirty and needs to be replaced. On our first morning, we went out to get donuts and left the box on the counter inside by the coffeemaker. When we opened the box the next day, we saw tons of tiny bugs crawling around, as well as all over the counter. We also later saw these same tiny bugs on the couch. ( I did let the rental company know prior to posting my review, and she said they would do a treatment for these) Despite all this, we did not want to complain or have to go through the hassle of changing homes as we just wanted to be grateful to be on vacation and enjoy ourselves. However, the final straw was on our last night, we saw and killed a large (about an inch long) cockroach running through in the kitchen. The rental company told me these are quite common in Florida, but knowing what I know about cockroaches (where you find 1, there are most certainly more - I'm not sure if that's different in Floriday?) we would not rent this home again.

Great house, well equipped.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, our trip required us to stay at the house for much more time than we had anticipated. That being said, we were very lucky to have a well stocked, clean, and comfortable house to spend time in. Everything was as expected during the check in process, and the house was exactly as depicted in the photos. I had great communication with Jennifer throughout the process, making it a smooth checkin/checkout. I would recommend this house to anybody.
