The Space:

Our modern and spacious 3,221 sq ft, two-story home is well suited for a family vacation to the vacation capital of the world! You'll be inside The Shire at West Haven's gated community built around a small conservation area. Our home has "fun" built-right in with themed bedrooms that kids will love, a full nursery, and an accessible room downstairs for an elderly person or the mobility-impaired. It’s an incredible place near all the theme parks and attractions!



The main spaces of the home:

- A large living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor with beautiful hardwood floors that is open and bright and just perfect for quality time together with your vacation crew. Plus direct access to the pool and patio area from here through the sliding glass doors.

- The living room is super plush with leather sofas and a wall-mounted TV for those awesome kick-back moments of downtime at home!

- The kitchen/dining table can seat 8 with a view of the pool on the lanai. And there’s a breakfast bar area with 4 bar stools for extra seating for comfortable sit-down meals at home. There’s a high chair too for the littlest one.

- The kitchen is open and features all the appliances you’ll need to prepare healthy meals at home for the family.

- Your own private pool on an enclosed lanai, plus a covered area with dining table and sofa lounge seating, and a retractable safety net in case you have real little ones running around!

- A BONUS ROOM! The garage converted to a fun Toy Story-themed game room that features air hockey, pop-a-shot basketball, a slide, and more!

- 5 full bathrooms for the 6 bedrooms in the home (9 actual beds & 3 are king master suites) to accommodate 13 as such:



BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, TV, en-suite bathroom & access to terrace overlooking the pool (upstairs)

BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed, master bedroom w/TV, en-suite bathroom w/separate tub & shower & access to terrace overlooking the pool (upstairs)

BEDROOM 3: 1 King bed (downstairs upon entrance), fully wheelchair accessible, wide doorway clearances, handrails in bathroom & shower, walk-in or roll-in shower and roll-up sink. Plus the room is equipped with a table & chairs & a wall-mounted TV.

BEDROOM 4: 1 Bunk Bed (double bed + 2 twin beds on top) Mario Bros. themed (upstairs)

BEDROOM 5: 1 Bunk Bed (double bed w/ trundle pullout + 1 twin on top) Princess themed (upstairs)

BEDROOM 6: 1 Queen bed & wall-mounted TV (downstairs)

NURSERY: A fully-equipped Peter Pan-themed nursery with crib, rocking chair, changing table, baby bouncy seat, and baby bathtub



Besides being near the theme parks, you will also have some of the best golf courses nearby. The closest one being Championsgate Golf Club which offers two Greg Norman-designed layouts. Also at Championsgate, you’ll find restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket, in the event you don’t want to venture out too far.



The Shire at West Haven also offers access to the amenities like the clubhouse, communal pool, air-conditioned gym & tennis courts and well-manicured grounds.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the community amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The Shire at West Haven offers a clubhouse pool, an air-conditioned fitness center, and tennis courts, plus it's built on a small conservation area with lakes and areas ideal for spotting some Florida wildlife and bonding with nature. You'll be 3.3 miles from Championsgate Golf Club, their enormous clubhouse, pro shop, and bar, and Championsgate Village has a lot of on-site restaurants to dine-in or take out if you’ve already spent a long day at the park and don’t want to venture out too far! And you’ll be nearby all the theme parks and attractions, shopping & outlet malls. Our local restaurant recommendations would be: Sakura Asian, Texas Roadhouse, and Culvers.



Getting Around:

The home is about a 30-35 minute drive (28.5 miles|46 km) from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) -- check mobile map apps when you arrive as driving time will vary depending on the time of day. The home is located inside The Shire at West Haven.



Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Pets or animals are not allowed on the property under any circumstances because the owner has severe allergies.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- When parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible.

- There’s a high chair, portable Pack-n-Play travel crib, and toddler bed available for guests traveling with infants and small children; a full Peter Pan themed nursery with crib, rocking chair, changing table, baby bouncy seat, and baby bathtub and strollers located in the garage bonus room all free for guests use.

- The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

- There’s a BBQ grill at the home that can be rented for an extra fee, gas not included.

- The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of food items or cooking condiments prior to check-in.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- We provide you with a few complimentary essentials to get you started upon arrival. When these items run out, you’ll then need to purchase more.

- In each bathroom: 1 basic soap, 1 travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, and 1 roll of toilet paper.

- In the kitchen: 1 paper towel roll, trash bags in each trash bin, some dishwasher detergent, a small bottle of dish soap and a sponge.

- In the laundry room: Some laundry detergent

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Swimming pool, overflow spa, and pool area are at the guest’s own risk and accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the swimming pool, overflow spa, and swimming pool area and holds owner harmless.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. The Shire is gated and you’ll use a gate code to gain access in. Both gate and door access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
