We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with all the listed amenities. Having two full bathrooms made it especially convenient, and the ski-in/ski-out access couldn’t have been better. The ski valet service was a huge bonus — we loved being able to drop off our skis at the end of the day and pick them up the next morning right at the base of the slopes. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and seamless ski getaway and birthday weekend.

Access to the slopes was great . Locker room was easy. No problem with parking except we took the ticket out while packing to leave so we could put it in the room and we had late check out so we got a warning put on our Car ( looked like a ticket but it wasn’t. The whole location/ experience was great and we will most likely book again

Great location. At base of peak 8 lift! Quick shuttle to main street. Off season so restaurant did not open for breakfast, but we had the hotel massive hot tub to ourselves overlooking the slopes. Highly recommended.

Spacious, well maintained two bedroom condo in a very nice building. Unit is equipped with all kitchen utensils and appliances, including a washer/dryer. Easily accessible secure garage parking with convenient luggage carts near the elevators. While this condo probably sees quite a bit of activity during the season, the unit doesn’t show a lot of wear. Large semi-covered patio offers good mountain views. Available amenities include a restaurant (although closed during our stay), lounge, movie room, and bowling alley. Good location up Ski Hill Road on local bus route.

February Ski Trip

The condo was very comfortable and had all the needed supplies and kitchen utensils. The property is incredible for skiers and location couldn’t be better. The ski valet was service was amazing and now we are spoiled.

We had a wonderful Spring Break here! You can’t beat the location. This is our second trip to Breckenridge in two years and we will definitely be back.

Breck the

Location, location, location! Our family of four (kids 9 and 5) made the trek from the East Coast to Breck and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s property. The resort is incredible and offers every amenity - ski valet, pool, bowling, heated garage and onsite bar. The place is very clean and is well stocked. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Amazing Spot

This was an absolute perfect spot for my family. Our kids are 7 and 4 and ski in/out was important to us. The condo itself offered enough space. Steps from the gondola offered us a quick trip into town for dinner each night. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to return.

Birthday ski weekend

Awesome!! The location is prime - walk right out and you’re on the slopes! The lodging was charming and warm and had all the necessities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo! Clean, Nice, Great location! Tanya was absolutely amazing to deal with. She is very helpful and always quick to respond. Building has a bowling alley in it which was great for family fun. You will not go wrong staying here.

The Creme de la Creme at the base of Peak 8. Guests enjoy easy access to four chairlifts which carry skiers to different peaks throughout the legendary Breckenridge Ski Resort.
It was an easy decision!

There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaways with you too.
