(*** Please note 2-nights stays are ONLY accepted during the summer and fall months, May thru October! Minimum stay during the winter months is 3 nights. Any requests for less than 3 nights during the winter months will NOT be accepted and your reservation will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon - thank you!***)

Do you or your family need a ski vacation or summer getaway? Why not spend it in our clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, partial mountain-view condo at the Village at Breckenridge? Our spacious 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom floor plan has 1,150 square feet of space. Our corner unit condo is in the Shavano Building on the 4th floor.

Our condo is a block off of main street and within walking distance from some of the finest restaurants and shopping that Breck has to offer. We are located directly next to the Quiksilver high-speed chair lift at the base of the Peak 9 area.

Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. The master bedroom has a plush, king-size bed. It also has an 8-drawer dresser as well as a desk & chair. The master bath has a walk-in shower with bench to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.

The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed along with a bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a tub shower.

There is also a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space, if needed.

There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We have lovingly decorated our condo with all of your creature comforts from home. Treat it as your 'home-away-from-home'. A great place to vacation with family / friends or as a romantic getaway!

Parking is limited to one vehicle only and subject to availability at time of reservation. Please note that parking is NOT guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
(Off-site parking recommendations are available for 2nd vehicle, if needed.)

Please note that our unit does NOT have a washer/dryer. There is a dedicated, credit-card operated laundry room on our floor just 2 doors down the hall from our condo.

Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.

Please NO smoking and NO pets!

Best location on the mountain. The unit was clean and generously appointed. The bathrooms were updated, the kitchen was big and had everything we could have needed. The unit was spacious, and quick walk to Quicksilver lift and Main Street. The owner was communicative and friendly. We'll likely reserve this spot again - great for 4 - 5 guests.

Awesome stay

Lee’s condo was the perfect place for our first ski trip as a family, the space was just as described and pictures and Lee could not have been a more accommodating host, looking forward to our next visit!

Steps away from Peak 9! The condo was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Lee, the host, is very responsive and informative of needed condo and arrival information. Take note: the fireplace is wood burning and wood is provided. Be sure to ask Lee for details.

Great Stay in Breck

Lees Condo is ideal. Walking distance to everything in Breck. Also really enjoyed the Fitness center and pools. Only negative was construction on the unit right next door

Paul - glad that you enjoyed our condo! I'm not aware of any unit's being renovated in our building near our condo. However, per our initial conversation, I did explain that the building next door to our's is undergoing some exterior work this summer and all work should be finished in the next month. Great location

We spent the weekend in Breckenridge with friends and had a blast. Condo was perfect for our needs and the location made it easy to walk around and enjoy restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This condo was completely renovated before we bought it. It is extremely comfortable with all of the amenities you would expect in a high-end ski condo. Breckenridge is a premier Colorado ski resort and we are a 1-minute walk to the Quiksilver chairlift from the lobby of our building. And depending on where you want to go in town, we are anywhere from a 2 to 10 minute walk to all of the shops / restaurants along Main Street!
