Nice stay

The wood burning sauna and fire pit were nice especially as it was on the cooler end during our stay. The kids enjoyed the lake, kayaking and the paddle boating . The owner and his family live next door and checked up on us to see if everything was okay and were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful stay at the Lake

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. It was clean, comfortable and included everything we needed. The kids had a blast with the the canoes, kayaks, and row boats included. Enjoyed swimming, fishing, campfires, and the sauna was lovely on the cooler August nights. Would 100% rent this cottage again!

Charming cottage on Bob Lake

Charming cottage/great amenities fire place,fire pit,kayaks,canoe, paddle boat,paddle board and sauna,dock and great swimming. Host made sure we were well supplied with firewood and drinking water. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Convenient shopping in nearby Minden. Everyone enjoyed their stay at Bob’s cottage on Bob Lake.

Lovely cottage and lake

Great well equipped property. Enjoyed by the entire family. Lake is accessible by sandy beach or dock. Lovely clear water. Owners were very accommodating and available to address any issues. Would definately consider renting in the future.

Felt just like home!

Wow! Bob was an amazing host. 11/10 highly recommend. Everything was organized, well-stocked and clean! Would stay again. Thank you Bob! What a relaxing beautiful quiet spot by the lake.

We loved our week at this cottage. The cottage is well equipped, with comfortable beds. The cottage was very clean and communication with Bob was immediate. The weather was not great for part of the week but we were cozy with the wood stove and found that the windows and doors were solid enough to keep the place warm. The property is private and very close to Minden with a great road into the cottage.

Absolutely loved this cottage.

What a great place to spend a week! The pictures do not do it justice. Incredibly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bunkies looked fantastic - we didn’t use them as it was just my husband and I and our dogs, but we wouldn’t have stayed in them in a heartbeat if we needed more room. Excellent outdoor space - lots of room for outdoor games and the fire pit was a perfect touch (although we didn’t use it, we would have if there wasn’t a fire ban. Water entrance for swimming was clear and easy to access. Internet was solid, so we were able to do a little work when needed. Bob was incredibly helpful - great hosts. Highly recommend - and we hope to return next year.

An Amazing Stay

This property was exactly what we were looking for - a great cottage getaway. The bunkies really make it a good property to share with friends or family. The waterfront had a sand entry, but it was deep enough at the end of the dock for our kids to do cannonballs over and over. This cottage comes with so many things to do - a sauna, paddle boat, paddle boards, kayaks, a canoe, and a raft to swim out to. We spent hours every day on Bob Lake. Bob and Denise were excellent hosts and having them right next door made it very easy if we had any questions. We can’t wait to return!

This property is even better than we could have imagined! An incredible weekend made even better, the hosts went above & beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Great to be by the lake, lots of space, and everything you need for a cottage getaway. Will be renting again!

Wonderful Family Weeekend

What a great place to get away for a family retreat! A cozy well equipped cottage with owners who go out of their way to make you feel welcome & well looked after. The kayaking & outdoor sauna were both a hit & the ability to layback & just take in the scenery was a pleasure.
