The owners have done a wonderful job trying to anticipate every possible need - from beach toys to laundry hampers and everything in between. Communication with the property manager during our stay was prompt and helpful. Overall, a truly unforgettable stay for our family. [A couple of very minor notes for the owners: We were offered a complimentary cleaning on Thursday which we accepted; however, the cleaners never showed up. There was a problem with small brown ants which we cleaned up a few times during the week; we had hoped to discuss that with the cleaners. A makeup mirror in the bathrooms would be a nice touch!]

This property was immaculate and perfect for our large family vacation. House was equipped with everything you can imagine and then some. Gorgeous views and convenient beach access. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Family Beach Vacation and celebration

WOW! This property was everything we hoped it would be and more, for our family vacation and celebration of my wife’s 60 th birthday. Our large and growing family including 8 grandkids hasn’t stopped talking about the “best beach vacation ever”. 26 Highbank Circle is spacious, well equipped and comfortable for a large group. The grounds are spectacular and safe for the little ones to play and the beach being footsteps away made it very relaxing and fun for parents and kids. The warm and calm waters of the sound were perfect for young children. A relaxing and fun week with our entire family was my wife’s wish for her special birthday. 26 Highbank circle was more than the perfect venue to grant her wish.

Incredible!

Everything about this property was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone, multiple spaces to hang out, and it had everything we needed. It was so easy to find everything we wanted as it was all labeled and it had much more than any other Cape home we've ever stayed in. I didn't even need to bring my own baggies and tupperware! The furniture was so comfortable and mattresses were perfect. The location was perfect as we were right on the beach and had the privacy we wanted and we were close to everything. You weren't exaggerating when you said we'd see the fireworks from all angles!! We could even see them in Nantucket! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, it was a week we'll never forget!

25th Anniversary Extended Family Trip

The house including amenities was amazing. Everything desired for a beach vacation was there. The landscaping was the best we have ever seen at a VRBO. The views were simply picturesque. On our way out, we met the owners, and they were wonderful. Our only complaint was with the property manager at check in time. We were given the wrong access code and contrary to the owner's instructions we were not allowed to check in upon arrival which was 2 hours early. Yet, after that, the communication with the property manager went smoothly. So, despite the hiccup at the beginning of the trip, we highly recommend this property for a large family gathering.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Still definitely a 5**** home!! This is our third summer and this home continues to make all of our hearts happy and our time amazing!! It does not disappoint and seems to grow on us as we now know where everything is located. The grandchildren this year especially loved the green lush lawn most of all and spent much time playing on it. The beach and huge waves continue to impress them and the new float was a full day’s worth of entertainment. Thank you for sharing the wonderful beach toys and cabanas with us.The house continues to be so well stocked that you could probably come with just your clothes as the abundance of supplies both for the kitchen and the children are amazing! There are so many crayons and colored pencils and books for the children and the toys and games seem to grow with them. The chess game is always a big hit and this year we had our 7th grandchild(and counting) with us so the toddler toys will circle around again for awhile. Every possible dish, pan, or utensil you could imagine is there for baking, cooking, including a full set of children’s dishes. And plenty of storage containers and wraps for leftovers.The beautiful hydrangeas, outdoor shower, abundance of towels, foot hose coming off the beach all made life better. The views of the water from every spotless window are amazing! So, take a look, and go to the beach for your next reunion. This home will make it a great one. Its a wonderful place for a reunion with a large family group, immaculate, well-stocked and very attentive owners.

These owners truly care

We’ve been renting on the cape for 17 years now, and we’ve always struggled to find a place on the water with enough rooms where we weren’t compromising on certain features or quality. I’m not exaggerating when I say that the owners at 26 Highbank were the most thoughtful, tasteful, and thorough that we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Every inch of the stunning property was spotless, the finishes and decor were all of impeccable quality, with sleep number beds and blackout shades in every room, and they even went as far as providing toys and games tailored to the ages of our children. The exterior layout is well thought out and beautifully manicured, with gardens and seating areas everywhere you turn. My father, who has had mobility issues for years, was thrilled with the covered seating overlooking the beach where he could spend time with the grand kids and enjoy the ocean. This house is truly one of a kind and we hope to make it our annual vacation spot for years to come.

Amazing location

The house is really well laid out with king beds, en suite bath in every room. Bunk room was perfect for the cousins to share. The location can’t be beat, as you are steps from a great private beach.

Wonderful waterfront retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We as a family absolutely loved this home. It fit all of our needs as a property but also allowed direct beach access without having to get in a car or ride a bike. There were enough bedrooms and baths for us all (8 adults and 5 children) and the home had a wonderful open floor plan for all to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property for an amazing family getaway.
