The house was perfect for our family vacation. Spaces to be together and space to get quiet time. The kitchen is well appointed, the sun room so comfortable and we really appreciated the entry, where we could leave all our stuff! Best of all was the 5 minute walk to the Bay beach. We would definitely come back!

We loved everything about this house and the neighborhood it's in. A 1-block downhill walk to the beach, a mile's stroll to shops and the ice cream/yogurt place The Corner of Yum:) It's enormous, clean, beautifully laid out with a sunroom for reading, and private, comfortable bedrooms upstairs and down. There are so many gathering spaces: an excellent kitchen and dining room, a vast deck with a comfortable, covered table. We grilled all the time, played air hockey and ping pong and pool and foosball when we weren't at the beach, watched movies together on the enormous TVs, even staged dances in the lower-level poker room. The yard, too, is vast, and full of hammocks. Can't imagine a better way to inaugurate a family tradition of vacationing at the Cape.

Beach house

Property was great for our large adult family. With that, my suggestion would be to have an additional refrigerator in the basement? We used coolers for drinks but needed to have them in coolers outside. Basement was a bit damp. Agent was very helpful even providing her personal pots to cook lobsters. Nice easy walk to the beach was great.

Excellent Place To Stay

Our family of ten had a wonderful time on Cape Cod and this house was a big part of that. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and the house was very clean when we arrived. The game room was a family favorite as we visited during thanks giving week. A communal space to gather and play games really helped make the trip. The house is just block from the beach who’s is beautiful. You won’t run out of beach if you like walking. And November it’s practically yours alone. We highly recommend this house and Cape Cod in general. A terrific trip all around.

Multi-generation family reunion

The property was perfect for our family reunion, comfortably accommodating and entertaining our 3 families and grandparents through both the sun and rain. We were also all able to sit together at the table for dinner, which was wonderful! The beach is so close and absolutely gorgeous! Our older family members enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and the little ones spent hours playing in the shallow waters and in the soft sand. The games room at the house was perfect for the rainy days and the deck was lovely for sitting out in the sun. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay (June 2 - 11). When we had questions, Jody Sylvia at Thacher Realty was very responsive, friendly and helpful. In addition to the beach, here are some of the other activities we enjoyed while on Cape Cod: tennis, pickle ball, playgrounds, walking, cycling, whale watching, miniature golf, Whydah Pirate Museum, Shark Museum and shopping.

Wonderful property and great location!

House was great for our family reunion. The kitchen is large and well equipped, game room is fun for all ages, there are multiple sitting areas and it’s a short walk to the beach! Easy check in and check out! Happy to recommend!

Beautiful beach house

This is a beautiful and very spacious home and is a short walk to a very nice beach. Everything was very clean and tidy and the kitchen is well equipped. We held a family reunion here and everyone had a great time. The owner is very gracious and helpful.

Owner should inspect property for deferred maintenance projects such as These should be considered as constructive observations and not as a complaint. We all enjoyed our stay--and speaking for the 8 senior citizens we are very particular. 1)Gas grill right side on lid needs repair---missing hinge 2)Shades in basement bedroom with two twin beds (next to bath) need to be replaced 3)Air hockey game needs goals replaced

Wonderful

House was great. We had 11 people had plenty of space. We loved the screened in sun porch. Kitchen was well stocked. Great game room. There was an issue with the dishwasher but the owner responded right away -issue turned out to be a water valve was not turned back on from a recent plumbing repair. The beach was beautiful it was less than two minutes walk. Absolutely loved this house look forward to many more visits in the coming years.
