Fantastic home, just as described

We absolutely loved this place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had ever tool we needed and two families with kids were able to meet up and have fun in the snow.

The neighborhood was so, so. The house was great for our purposes, the realty company was very accommodating. We will probably go back.

Picturesque Home

Beautifully appointed home with all of the comforts of your own. We had a wonderful time at this meticulously maintained home. It had all of the amenities my family could ask for. Spectacular views and wonderful communication. I would highly recommend for your families next stay.

Great stay at Decked Out!

This place is very spacious and has an excellent view from both decks. Kids had an issue connecting to wifi and we received prompt help. We were here over July 4th and were able to see the fireworks from Watson perfectly! Thanks for the hospitality!

Sandia Drive property

We stayed for one month. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and equipment. I brought things from home - but didn't need to. The view was great and we had a view of the 4th of July fireworks from Willow Lake. The interior was just a pictured. When we had a problem or question we received a prompt response. The only thing we wished was that it was a little closer to downtown Prescott.

Sandia Drive house

My husband & I rented this house in Prescott for a month, to escape the colder weather at home & get in some hikes and bike riding. With Covid fears this year, it was nice to have a getaway available to enjoy. We walked in and the house was as described and a Christmas tree was lit up in the living room corner...how nice and inviting that was. We enjoyed our month and had friends come for a few days, but most of the time we were by ourselves, hiking the wonderful trails around town and biking the Pevine Rail trail. There was a small library of paperback books at the house and we read through many of them as we sat out on the deck basking in the afternoon sun and enjoying the views from our lofty perch on the hillside. The morning sunrises were special as well. If we were without Covid restrictions, we would have toured town and surrounding towns more, so we will look forward to that next trip to Prescott. We enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this location to others.

Okay property with nice view

I rented this house for adult family members to stay at during Christmas. I personally did not stay there, my adult children and their spouses did. One of my children said that it was an okay place, since all they did was sleep there. My other child gave the following review: The house was clean, furnished nicely, and offered some great views off the balcony. There was a welcome book that offered local attractions to see, different phone numbers to call if there was something of concern, and other information about the house. It was nice to have that all in one location. My husband and I slept downstairs and spent the majority of our time at the house downstairs. Sleeping in the downstairs front bedroom did have a surprise the first night. The vent in the room when open is pointed straight to the head of the bed. The first night we were surprised by a rush of cold air in our face before the warm air made it through the vents. Downstairs the furnace made a loud sound every time it turned off. Because my husband and I are light sleepers this made it difficult to sleep through the night. Another strange thing was that not all the outlets downstairs seemed to work and the downstairs fireplace would not turn on even though I followed the directions in the welcome book. Overall our experience was a pleasant one and the house served its purpose of providing a place to sleep and shower. To be fair, I was not made aware of the difficulties my one child, and their spouse, experienced and I don't think the property management was either.

A joke

Was not cleaned before check in. Every single dish we pulled from the cupboards were dirty. Like hadn't attempted to be cleaned just put away dirty. Tried to contact the property manager and got a "oh sorry" and nothing else. The bottom deck railing has finishing nails sticking out and it was wobbly and unsafe for children. Floors hadn't been swept or mopped since before the last people stayed. Someone's hair was stuck to both shower walls. Dusting was also not done for over a week. There is a cleaning protocol in the welcome binder but none of it was followed by the cleaning/management company. The location and neighborhood was great but the cleanliness of it I should not have been made to pay the cleaning deposit as it was never cleaned and I spent the entirety of the last morning cleaning most of it so it would be somewhat better for the next tenants. Will not be using anything bear creek realty has their name on again, also unsure of using vrbo if they can't ensure the properties to be up to par for the type of money they expect people to pay.

Central Prescott with great views

My husband and I stayed at this location in Prescott from mid Feb to mid March. The views from the two decks are wonderful. The place was very clean and had all the kitchen equipment we needed for at home meals - both grilling and baking. The house is an older home that has been remodeled. The main floor is beautiful with a white kitchen and great furnishings. The only reason for 4 stars vs five is that because it’s an older home the heater is loud and the home makes cracking sounds in high winds (more prevalent during Prescott winter) I do recommend the location. It was really easy to get downtown or out to great golf or hiking

Get away

House was exactly as pictured. Beautiful views from both decks, upper is better. We enjoyed our few days there and the storms we got to experience. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and miscellaneous. Drive thru driveway was a plus especially for exiting the property. Great stay!

Nice deck w/view in a good neighborhood.

VERY comfortable house, nicely laid out with an impressive a/c unit. The kitchen is big and the furniture & beds were comfortable. We walked around the neighborhood every morning and chatted with a couple different folks. So friendly. We loved the deck!!! A monsoon occurred while we were there and it rained cats & dogs......which we thoroughly enjoyed. (we see it so seldom back home) This house has 2 levels which although we didn't use, would be perfect for two couples or a family. And it has a drive-through driveway which we liked a lot. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for offering it up.

We were looking for a place near the baseball fields, this was a great pick!! Nice view from the patios, we even saw a few deers while were were enjoying the view!

Clean beautiful home

The size, decore and cleanliness of the home were all fantastic. Nice view, very relaxing. Comfortable beds. It's not the greatest neighborhood but we felt safe and it still met our needs.

Clean & modern

We enjoyed our stay at Sandia Dr. The location was perfect for our family to explore. We did need to bring in the outside table to eat on because there was only the bar to sit at for 4 people. I think a large kitchen table would be a good addition. 🙂
