Home away from home

Being our first time booking an holiday house everything was Easy booking and communication with agent. Beautiful area to stay in. House just felt like home nice and comfortable. Will stay again

Excellent Group Stay

We had an amazing time this past weekend. The property had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful place to stay & plenty of room. We were a mixed age group celebrating the end of a sport season and everybody was thoroughly impressed. The property had available everything needed and really worked to make you feel comfortable! The location near Pilot Beach was amazing. Thank you for having us- I already have recommended this wonderful to anyone who has asked!

Fantastic location for access to ocean beach and river for swimming and fishing. House is well suited to a family with 3 teenagers. The lack of wifi and streaming services is something the advertising and real estate digital info pack were slightly misleading.

Great house poor management

Fantastic location fantastic house for families renovated bathrooms and kitchen. View awesome. Unfortunately the property management let us down. Coffee machine and BBQ filthy and could not be used. House very dusty and not to a standard welcoming of guests. Ran out of mains gas ( a bottle should last 6mths) so definitely not checked be fire our stay. Communication or reply to my emails was non existent aside from automated messages. No apology for the inconvenience. Extremely rude.

Place was exactly what we payed for and would be back again. Host was awesome too easy acess with details to enter property. Iwas worried on seeing other reviews but we could not fault the place.

Very nice location.

Water view with short walk to Pilot beach. House was very spacious. It is in very quiet location so we had a good relaxing time.

Restful views

House has great views and verandahs and is very close to Pilot Beach that’s excellent swimming for those who don’t want surf. A big house suits family rather than couple. Bed comfortable. Has a sense of not being cared for. The bath looks good but plug system doesn’t work. Not all burners work on stove. No instructions for house. The steep driveway makes unpacking and general access difficult. Strange ramp at back.

Loved our time at Seascape

We loved our time at Seascape. Beautiful views, walking distance to the beach and landscapes. Very peaceful experience and had everything we needed for our accommodation.

Great location colse to shops and nearby beach, fantastic lookout near by. House has a nice view of lake. Areas like bedrooms and kitchen was clean but inside the built in wardrobe upstair has full of coucroach poos and has bed smell. They have extra blankets in the cupboard upstiars but very bad smell of mould, couldn't use it. there was a mirror in the masterroom haning on the wall, try to use it for make up but it was extremly dusty it seemed no one cleaned for a long time. Hot shower ran out, left email but they contacted us first thing in the morning next day when business open. Real Eastate agent was very friendly and tried to help best they can though, it would be better to organise emergency number in case like hot shower water ran out or anything else. 8 people stayed but 2 days in a row, 3 of us had to shower with the cold water.

Lovely house and area. Would stay again!

Fantastic place, highly recommend to families staying together and groups of friends. View from the front verandah very relaxing gazing upon the lake. Lots of outside furniture to be used. Short walk to the beach and lake – great spot for fishing – 4 year old caught the first fish!! Close to the nearest town for the shopaholics. Nice lookout walking distance to the house. 4 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. Sleeps 9. Bunk bed only suitable for younger people but the other 3 beds comfortable for adults. 2 nicely renovated bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. 2 livings areas, one upstairs for the kids to have their own space away from adults. Back area with barbeque small but adequate. Had to sweep the leaves but with the wonderful canopy of trees that is forgiven. Downside : Barbeque ran out of gas halfway through cooking dinner on our second night – bummer as we had a lot of mouths to feed and cooking took much longer in the kitchen. Should have a spare cylinder or instructions of where to get one refilled at no cost to us. Light bulbs not working out the front.

Quiet position, lovely view, great house - well equipped house and beautifully renovated, unfortunately there were few window coverings and it got very cold unless the heating was running full blast, especially the upstairs bedrooms as gas heating only downstairs. Also meant waking early due to early morning light. Lovely walk to inlet for dolphins and Pilot beach, also Whale Watching out on the point.

Great Stay

Totally enjoyed our stay here at Seascape .. Will definitely be back. Was very spacious & comfy for 5 adults ( & one toddler) ... was well fitted out with EVERYTHING! needed ..(Home away from home like) Looked like it was going to be a very cold place at first, with the large uncover windows... but DON'T be miss lead, once the heater was on, it was beautiful & warm (didn't take long to warm up at all) .. all beds were very comfortable and warm at night, showers/ bathrooms are awesome.... Only down fall we found was (don't lose the keys ... lol) as there is no after hours number for emergencies regarding the property it self.. other than after hours numbers for electricity & plumbing only. Truly a great place to stay! Totally recommend!

Fantastic property

We had such a relaxing weekend at Seascape - the view of the lagoon is simply stunning. The property had everything we needed for a family weekend away including a large family room upstairs, gorgeous bath tub, an impressive kitchen & a washing machine in the second bathroom downstairs. The location was great for our your family being only 5 minutes walk to Pilot Beach & a 5 minute drive to Dunbogan Boat Shed. We highly recommend & we will definitely be back!
