Pura Vida in Key West

We rented this beautiful property in Old Town for one month. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end of our stay. Shana the property manager was very helpful with anything we needed. She responded in a timely manner and did whatever was needed. Jorge, the other property manager went over and beyond to keep the pool and grounds maintained. He’s a gem!! The house is top notch, full of great art, comfortable and was perfect for family vacation. We would definitely rent this property again! Pura Vida!!

Comfortable, Convenient, Tranquil

This home was the perfect place for us and all the guests that came and went during the month of April. It was clean, stocked with everything one would want or need and so comfortable. And the location could not have been more tranquil. Everyone who's job it was to attend to the house, yard boys, pool boys, property manager, was so kind, helpful and friendly. My only suggestion would be to put shades on the upstairs bedroom skylights to help keep it cooler up there. Also, three separate guests complained about the mattress out in the pool house cottage. You should look into replacing it. Overall, it was a perfect, comfortable sweet home.

Great home and floor plan- private oasis and beautiful porches.

Very Very Good, but could've been Great

Overall, we had a GREAT stay, which was nearly perfect. We spent the month of November in Key West. Weather was great and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time and I would highly recommend this property (in fact we even looked to book the property in Feb, but it was booked through the Spring). Things to note though if you're booking this property: The pool. The picture on the website is not accurate. It's a very nice pool with abundant sunshine in the photo. This is not the case at all, as the pool gets ZERO sunlight. I don't know if it was the time of year or the photo is expertly photoshopped, but we were extremely disappointed to have a pool that didn't get any sun. I would assume that most ppl coming to Key West during the Winter are from colder climates and look forward to warm weather. Part of the experience, in most cases includes relaxing at beaches and pools. To have a picture on the profile that clearly shows a pool getting bountiful amounts of sunshine is misleading and a bit disingenuous. Thankfully however, we were blessed with fantastic weather for nearly the entire month of November and just had to adapt a bit and went to the beach, which was also fantastic and just a short bike/Vespa ride away. Outside of this, the house was very tastefully decorated and very clean. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful during our month long stay. We just wish the pool situation was better as we would have given this 5 stars.
