That’s exactly the kind of experience we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our team, and we’ve already addressed several of them. The grill has been replaced, and we’re reviewing the kitchen knives and first aid kit to ensure everything is in proper condition and fully stocked. Regarding the lighting, all interior fixtures are functioning as expected, though some outdoor landscape lighting is currently in the process of being updated. We’ll also take another look at the other items you mentioned, including the outdoor fan, pool stairs, and toilet, to ensure everything meets our standards for safety and comfort. We weren’t able to identify an open electrical box in the kitchen, but we will continue to monitor this. Thanks again for staying with us !
