Decent little condo.

The property itself was as advertised; nothing bad to say, a nice little condo that served it's purpose. The only snafu we personally had was no power when we arrived, which later found was due to the breaker main being switched off. We also had to do a little "pest control" in the master bedroom that was less than ideal.

Very disappointed

Things broken, parking permit not provided as it was supposed to, very limited supplies, really hard to get ahold of contact person....

Hi Cathy, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. When we heard the dishwasher was not working, we had a handyman there within hours, and all that was wrong was a switch had been flipped. We provide two parking tags for our guests. We encourage guests to tell us if they want anything that will reasonably enhance the enjoyment of their stay, as stated in our welcome book and also by our Guest Contact when they check in with each of our guests. We are always available and have the contact numbers of three people who are ready to provide assistance. We are sorry we did not get the opportunity to make sure you had a great stay. As always, we look forward to providing a five-star stay for each of our guests.

Perfect Little Condo

This place was perfect for me and my family. We had a Dance Competition close by at Margaritaville Resort. Food and convenient stores close by, and if you golf or fish this would be a good spot for you too. Place was clean and has everything you need.

The unit is VERY tiny and that's fine. We were told 2 parking passes, yet there was only one. Reached out by phone, as they requested, never got that issue dealt with so we had to park a car on the road. Dishwasher wasn't working, so I spent most of the day washing dishes in a play kid's size kitchen sink. Took several emails and phone calls before I reached out to the Evolve team to get a response. Then took a day to to get it looked at. No salt and pepper, shakers were empty. I had to buy and fill. No dish detergent, I had to buy. No washer and dryer on site and only one set of towels per person. Only one kitchen towel... Very limited on kitchen dishes and utensil, not even a corkscrew. Front door auto lock got stuck every time you shut the door, so it kept clicking and dinging until someone inside got up and gave it a shove so it locked in place and could stop.

Lake Montgomery stay

The listing persons were very slow to respond to questions when we were there. I was thankful there wasn’t a major emergency. They say you have “2” parking spaces. They are NOT designated or guaranteed. We rarely were able to park on our units side. If you are planning to take a boat and trailer this is not a good option.

The homeowner wanted to pass along the following feedback: Each unit in our condominium complex is given two parking passes which guarantees they will have spaces to park. The spaces are not designated according to units, so the available spaces may not be directly in front of the unit. We inform our guests that they may park a boat at the Yacht Club, but you did not wish to take us up on the offer to park your boat and trailer at the club. Nevertheless, we regret any inconvenience to you during your stay!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: - We sincerely apologize for the late check-in. We had requested that the cleaning team do a light freshen-up of the condo before your arrival, and they ran a bit late. - The mix-up with the parking pass occurred when the guest used the 2020 parking tag, instead of the 2021 tag. We have taken steps to prevent this from happening again. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. Wonderful, clean, and homey

We had a wonderful experience. While waiting for our house to close, we needed a place to stay for a few weeks. We were blessed with a caring landlord who made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped, and made our lives very pleasant during this time of transition.

Nice, but Needs Maintenance

Property needs some general maintenance. Outside lights out made finding the door and navigating the stairs difficult. Bedroom doo hinge screws loose, so door hard to close. Plumbing problem left hot water pressure very low. However, nice layout and easy to get to once we knew where to go.

Just as advertised

Beautiful little condo. There are deer all over the property that come right to the houses. We watched them from the balcony. This is a perfect size for a couple with children and there is an extra sleeping space on the pull out couch. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids or adults who are able to climb the small twisted stairs. Not recommended for anyone with issues climbing stairs. Kitchen has a good supply of gadgets, serving ware, etc. We weren't looking for anything extra, it had anything we needed. I would stay here again for sure.

Outstanding!

This condo was wonderful! Immaculate from top to bottom! Had everything we needed and more! Within miles of all of the amenities Walden has to offer! Sheets were clean and there were plenty of towels, dishes, etc.! Beautifully decorated, clean, and updated condo!

Dirty

This condo was two bedroom and two baths. The upstairs bathroom had not been cleaned, there was hair, grime, and dead bugs in the bathtub. There was only one single bath towel and one single hand towel in the entire condo. I had to purchase towels from the local Walmart so my family could shower. (The owner has offered to reimburse me but I declined. I did leave the towels there in case they get another renter). The dishes in the pantry had to be washed as there was dried food particles still on the plates. I would return to this condo under any circumstance in the future. Douglas Kurz
