This guest made booking at two of our properties. He made a complaint about cleanliness in one of the property and demanded a refund. He also threatened that otherwise he will put a bad review. I advised him to provide details and evidence which he didn’t provide. I also offered to send in the cleaners to rectify anything he could identify which he also declined. To us it seemed like it was just an opportunity to get a lower rate. I must add both the accommodations were left with a lot of grass clippings, mud and dirt from outside which made the flooring hard to clean for the cleaners. Very unreasonable guest. There was no complaint about the other accommodation however he chose to give poor reviews for both accommodation which says a lot about the veracity of this review.

This is an unfair review. The guests stayed for a week and did not raise any concerns while staying. There is fast NBN, carpet is regularly steam washed, the old ironing board and some furniture was tucked out of sight on one side of the laundry waiting for council pickup. One bedroom does not have a wardrobe and it was not advertised as such.

Nancy and her family booked for a night stay however the sewer pipes broke in the accommodation that they had booked. Nancy and her family were advised that they will be accommodated in another property nearby which was actually a bigger accommodation and was for a higher price. Hence the rating is unfair as Nancy was not charged extra and the property manager provided all assistance to help her family’s stay to be as smooth as possible.
