この新しく建てられた家は、湖から少し離れた場所にあります。 私たちは袋小路にいて、2つのドライブ方法があります。 私たちは裏庭にパティオとバーベキューがあるフェンスで囲まれた家です。 一番いいのは、ナッシュビルのダウンタウンからわずか20分のところにいることです!!! 3つのカヤックを利用して湖に連れて行くことができます。 マリーナは湖の向かいにあり、ボートをレンタルできます。 週（月曜日から金曜日）の間、マリーナにはスペシャルがあり、ポンツーンを1日350ドル以下でレンタルできます!!!!

Great Stay

Loved staying at this property. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone. Host was great, paying attention to details that make you feel right at home. Also loved seeing all the turkeys!!

Great place for a family

We were in the area of a soccer tournament. The house was plenty big for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean.One of our kids accidentally got locked out and had to find a neighbor to help call us. We were so thankful for their help to get her back into the rental.

The house was nice. However, there is a subdivision going in across the street. lots of construction and heavy equipment. The house was equipped well with needed everyday things. Some things need to be upgraded due to being worn out. Commuting-driving out to go to places on the local roads was frustrating. lots of traffic and delays going places. The bikes had flat tires that we pumped up to enjoy the ride around the area. The kayak's were great. The lake was full of trash along the shores. Trying to find a way to get them to the lake was a chore. The Neighbor Joe was great! friendly. There was no access to the lake other than the boat launch ramp 2 miles down the road.

Code was wrong

We were also given the wrong code to enter the house, as several other reviewers mentioned. My sister-in-law arrived at the house in the evening with her 3 young kids, and could not enter the house. It was dark and she was in an unfamiliar neighborhood. I contacted the owner, but did not receive a reply. I then contacted VRBO, and after being on the phone with them for an hour they found us a hotel room for the night. After that, we finally were able to make contact with the owner, and she told us that this never happens! We told her that there were several reviews stating that people were given the wrong code. She gave us the correct code finally, and after a total of about 1.5 hours we were finally able to enter the house.

Do Not Recommend

There was no futon or air mattress or fans as advertised. No wash cloths. Hair in both showers. 2 of the 3 toilets needed to be cleaned. We were given the wrong code to get in the front door. When we arrived, the AC was locked out at 76 degrees in the middle of July. We had to beg the host for the AC to be set to 74. The grass needed to be cut. The garage door would not open. There was food on the floor in the kitchen when we arrived. The keurig didn’t work. We will not be staying here again.

Enjoyed our trip

The property was clean and in a quiet location. The neighbor was really nice! The only complaints were that the WiFi and cable never worked and I emailed the host and was told how to try to fix it. It still did not work so we just didn’t use the Wifi or cable. Also when we checked in we were given the wrong code to get into the house. We contacted the host and after a little while we were given the correct code. Overall it was a good trip.

Great holiday

We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and accommodated us all perfectly. We enjoyed the backyard and cul-de-sac. The location was a convenient distance to downtown Nashville. It was a relaxed atmosphere with amenities available for use like condiments in the kitchen and bikes in the garage. We would recommend this location to friends and family. We felt right at home!

Girls weekend

Overall it was ok, but there were several issues while we there. Given wrong code upon arrival, spent 30 min trying to get in the house. Spent 2 hours trying to see what was wrong with the internet ended up having to be at the house next day for someone to come out and fix it. There were no hand towels in downstairs bathroom and no face towels at all. I was told that they don’t supply those? Oh and “most people” buy a single use dishwashing pac for the dishwasher I was told as we were leaving . The beds were comfy and house was clean except for the sofa had a odor and stain on it so we put a bedspread on top of it. The patio could use some furniture to sit on…there were only 2 chairs and 3 of us which should have been 5 but 2 couldn’t make it. Notes on fridge said they’re were fans in closet but did not find them. Lake wasn’t as close as we thought, road was closed off and we only seen entrance to boat ramp.

Perfect home away from home!

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature! Neighbors are exceptionally nice and helpful (Joseph and Dana). Big backyard with privacy fence and all of the amenities of home! Only one negative… no access to master bedroom closet and no dresser so lived out of suitcase!

Great Stay Close to Nashville

Check in was very easy and the property was very clean. Every needed amenity was there. The layout of the home was great, and the home was very nicely decorated as well. We were very comfortable and would stay again.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

Super location on a quit street, very clean and totally supplied with every need one would have, great yard if traveling with your 4 legged family members, easy access to shopping. Gladys is a super host and responds immediately to any questions. Great neighbor too, very friendly. Totally relaxing as if we were at home!!! Highly recommend this house!

Great Stay!

We had a great time! The house was very clean and well supplied with household goods. The nearby lake was a great place to swim and fish. Even though the house was very close to the lake it was still about a 15min drive to a park where you could swim and hangout for the day.
