Hi def. TV's in every room including sitting area/kitchenette,-Coffee maker/ Refrigerator/Foreman Grill -vented out roof.. The rooms in the depot are large an spacious, each room has comfortable bedding and linen arrangement. There are 2 private bathrooms afforded my guests. This is a private duplex apartment . No Shared space. Although I'm available for any guests may have typically I do not have any interaction. During your stay you will have full run of the large front porch. I live in the downstairs an operate exclusively out of the back of the house . There is stairs from the street up to the patio and from the patio there is a 2 landing stair way to where the guest stay. There is no conventional kitchen.

After 2 guests is $25 per guest per night

The host was quick to respond to our questions. Beds were so comfortable and the property clean and tidy and stately. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood. After having our first cup of coffee from the coffee station our host provided, we loved walking in the mornings to breakfast on 12th Ave. Just a few minutes drive to Waterfront Park and Broadway downtown. This is a great place to stay when in Nashville!

Great property convenient to Belmont, music rue and downtown attractions. Lots of save, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again. My only 2 complaints: 1) the pillows seriously suck. Bring your own. 2) For a rental that sleeps 6, there are only seats for 2 which makes it hard to be together comfortably.

Close to all famous activities near the 12 South nice place well stocked with all amenities. Minimum down size one the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The apartment was nice but the shared space was tiny. There were three large bedrooms accommodating 6 people but the kitchen/living room was only about 300-400 sq feet total, if that and had just one small love couch which was basically in the kitchen- no table, no other seating. The bedrooms were really nice though and it was very clean.

This is a beautiful property located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Just 10 minutes to the chaos of Broadway, but you return to a quiet oasis. Just a 5 minute walk to a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend if you want to party on Broadway, but sleep in peace. Great coffee service provided by the owner.
